4After years as a patient. My mother and I will not returning to OSU Dermatology. They have always been wonderful with my Mother, till now.my mother has needed a wheelchair for some time. The nurse's at Dr Bechtel have decided not to help her into the building. After years of being accommodating, not anymore. I called ahead, they would let the nurse know we are parked in the handicapped spot after 30 minutes no nurse. Call back to the office. Can't help you with that per the office. What a waste of time, effort, gas. Will take her some where else. FAIRFIELD MEDICAL CENTER WOUND CARE.
Dr. Bechtel provides detailed explanations and addressed concerns thoroughly. He is also incredibly pleasant!
Very fast and clean. Excellent service a d great doctor advice. I was treated for a rash very quickly and prescribed a good treatment. I was also seen right away with no wait, I went early. Highly recommended.
My mother used to be a patient of Dr. White. This doctor was compassionate and ultimately concerned and took time with his pts. I wish my mom was still attending but transportation was a barrier. God bless him. Staff was wonderful. Great doctor
