Dr. Mark Grosinger (ENT), Cincinnati OH

I recently visited Montgomery ENT Center and received treatment. I had very positive results. There is something to be said when the Staff and the Doctor instill a culture in the office. It makes the experience better than expected.

I drove 1.5 hrs for this appt. I checked on the phone with his office before coming to make sure all procedures would be able to be done. I get there, they do not have a record of my appointment. After they "squeeze me in", he initially refused to put the tubes in my ears because they have to be pre-approved, even after I asked when scheduling a week prior. And then he tells me that I will be left with a hole in my eardrum if he puts a tube in. I have had 6 sets over my life and zero holes. I asked him to explain and he said I must be lucky. Guess it is the only luck I have. Plus he wants to schedule me for a CT scan to further evaluate. Which after reading all the reviews, this seems to be his goto. No answers, just expensive guessing. I went to him because I wanted a small office with attention. This office is more scattered and lost than the "big" offices are. Back to OhioHealth/OSU. Ugh.
