7I’ve actually went to this office for about 3 years now. And I’ve had good experiences, but when I referred my fiancé to go here I was super happy they got her added as a patient the next day and in there the next day. But when she goes to her appointment her worries we’re shrugged and actually made fun of. Saying anxiety was just little mood episodes and was not even going to refer any help for that or depression. Not going to coming back here. And the most upsetting thing is he has a Christian based office but is very rude.
Dr. Chunn has been my doctor for years and I highly recommend his service. They have always been concerned about timing - minimal wait times and quick appointment scheduling. They know my health and time are important.
Terrible experience from this practice. Michael Chunn and his staff are very rude and unprofessional. I can't even get a callback when promised, so now I have to go without my prescription.
Dr. Chunn has been my PCP for almost 11 years now. I have never had a bad experience with him or his staff.
Dr Chunn is my PCP for last 3 years. He is very good doctor. Listens to all your concerns and address accordingly. I had been visiting him for my yearly check ups so far and only complaint I have is that this facility doesn't have lab for blood work. So I need to take prescription of blood work - schedule apt with UC Health and do blood work at another date, I wish that Dr Chunn's office also has lab facilities so that all can be done at same place instead at different. Apart from that I am satisfied with Dr Chunn and his office.
Dr. Chunn is great. I switched to his practice about 9 years ago. Very friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend.
Dr Chunn and the team are fantastic and would easily recommend. High EQ with Empathy, takes the time to really listen, ask good questions, proactively gives great suggestions. One suggestion with medication saved me about $500 over a year's time. Another suggestion helped solve a small yet annoying ailment (that had been going on for a decade) for less than $20. My Wife and I were referred into his practice by word of mouth from a friend that spoke highly of him to my wife and both of us have been extremely happy with Dr Chunn.
