Dr. Ford was very thorough and kind. Took time to ask and answer questions and explain results.

The front desk customer service was rude and unprofessional. Both of the Ford doctors are good, but the poor customer service with the front desk gives me pause to return.

Dr Ford pointed out a couple things that I had never been told before. She was nice. Did seem a little rushed to get through the appointment but perhaps they were just busy. I will return.
