Dr. Neerja Jindal, Maumee OH

Uneducated people working here. It’s pretty common knowledge that pregnancy affects your vision negatively, and even with my obgyn willing to provide a note to this office that my RX needs extended until after my pregnancy, the doctors only response was that she suggests a new eye exam (which would obviously be wrong). Greed over everything really does run through this practice. Luckily, I was able to contact another doctor that can help me extend my prescription until postpartum and they can get an accurate eye exam done. I’ve never really cared for this location but this was nail in the coffin.

The exam was thorough and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy with my experience and have recommended this office to others.

The staffs are very kind and compassionate. Dr Haadia Amin is the best. She is very knowledgeable, listens and treats kindly.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly and prompt. I also appreciated them not trying to guilt me when I asked for a copy of my prescription to order my glasses elsewhere like my previous eye dr’s office did.

My experience was a good one. I feel the doctor got my revised prescription correct. He was thorough in explaining a tear duct issue I have, and reassured me that my eyes are generally looking healthy.

I felt like Dr. Jindal, was very professional, as were the rest of the staff. The exam was very thorough, and went well above and beyond what I expected at LensCrafters.

I had a very good experience. I had had a problem with a prescription from another optometrist, and felt I needed to be examined again. The optometrist that I saw at your office was very thorough. She explained everything that was going on. She also reviewed the pictures with me. Ultimately, she gave me a different prescription and I have been given before. I have high confidence that it will be correct. Everyone that I interacted with at your office was very kind and understanding and patient.

Dr. Jindal was very great. He took the time to explain my exam results and what it meant for short term and long term. He then went over options and answered all my questions. To be honest it was the best experience I've ever had with an eye doctor. Really felt like he had my best interest at heart.

Very friendly and professional staff! Went in for my eye exam and pick out a fair of frames, and leaving with the new glasses today instead of waiting a couple of weeks to come in!
