Dr Ford has been my dentist for over 20 years. She provides premier level care and values her patients. Her staff is amazing as well and always warm and welcoming. I know I am in the best hands for all my dental needs. I highly recommend Dr Ford!

Dr. Ford has been my dentist since I was 3 years old, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The service at the front desk is unparalleled. Everyone always has a huge smile on their face. All of her staff has always been helpful with questions and scheduling. The hygienists are gentle, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Ford goes above and beyond to ensure all patients get top notch care. She’s personable, energetic, and makes going to the dentist fun! I always look forward to my appointments.

I have been seeing Dr. Ford for a couple years now and I absolutely hated going to the dentist. From the minute I am greeted at the door to the time I am ready to checkout, my appointment is nothing but pleasant. The entire staff, including Dr. Ford, truly make going to the dentist a comfortable experience. I recently had my first root canal and while they are never fun, Dr, Ford made the entire experience so smooth. From filling what we thought was just a cavity, to the referral and then to getting fitted for my crown. Not only am I more comfortable going to the dentist but she has made my children’s first dental experience so easy! She is such a sweet person and truly wants what is best for you all while making it the most comfortable experience! No more dreading my dental appointments when I get to see such a ray of sunshine Dr. Ford and her staff truly are!

Dr Robin Ford is just not an amazing person but an amazing Dentist. I've been going to her for over 15 yrs. The customer service and knowledge of both the staff and especially Dr Ford are unbelievable and definitely deserves my 5 star rating. I walk out with a better smile then I walked in with, every single time. I will always recommend Dr Robin Ford any dentistry work.

Dr. Ford was my dentist in 2017. She and her staff convinced me I needed a gum burning procedure to round out my gums on my top front 4 teeth for aesthetic purposes, before installing veneers on my front 6 teeth. I had temporary veneers for an entire month (so long that my temporaries began falling out when eating, that’s too long) while the permanent veneers were being made in the lab. Then she installed the permanent veneers. So, starting 1 year after installation, (for the last 5 years now) I have had non-stop excessively bleeding gums around the veneers, they bleed even if I just open my mouth to speak, I’ve had to see my periodontist (Dr. Richard Aguila) 2-4 times per year and my dentist (Dr. Richard Salko- amazing dentist in Jacksonville FL) twice per year. Dr. Aguila and Dr. Salko have been working hard to solve the bleeding problem, they’ve tried every solution in the book, but unfortunately because of the high profile of the veneers that Dr. Ford installed, the bleeding will continue indefinitely and will soon begin to cause permanent bone damage if I don’t endure crown lengthening procedure ($4,200) or possibly my veneers will need to be removed and replaced. This was expensive and traumatic the first time around and now I will have to incur the expense again (about $1,000 per tooth). I was only 23 years old when Dr. Ford did the gum burning and initial veneers installation and now I’m 29…I’m too young to be in this type of predicament. It’s been such a horrible experience and I regret trusting Dr. Ford. Be careful with this doctor.

This practice does an amazing job of making my smile awesome, both by making my teeth beautiful as well as making going to the dentist fun! So caring and kind! They go beyond what’s expected every single time!

I'm a long time patient of Dr. Ford's and never hesitate to recommend her. I've always had amazing experiences at this dental office. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the Dr. Ford is very professional and thorough. I've had to have crowns replaced, and she is very attentive to the cosmetic and functional outcome of the restorations. My husband has also had complex dental work completed with her, and is very pleased. I appreciate the detailed explanations and guidance provided during my visits. The office is clean and modern, and the technology used is top-of-the-line. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in need of dental care.

I have been to a lot of dentists in my life. However, Dr. Robin Ford and her colleagues are on a level all their own. In fact, if I looked up Perfectionist in the dictionary, there should be a photo of Dr. Ford's face next to the definition. Not only is their service unmatched, but it's pretty hard to feel trepidation (as many do when visiting the dentist) in Dr. Ford's office because everyone there is so unrelentingly happy, smiling and welcoming. Dr. Ford fixed a front tooth I broke off on a popcorn kernel with a repair that looks even better than it did before the mishap. My wife and I also had Dr. Ford's office take us through the Invisalign process which was easy and produced dramatic results. I realize this review might sound a little too effusive for a dentist review, but they have earned it. I'd give them 6 stars if that were an option.

I’ll just start by saying in the past I’ve hated going to the dentist but Dr. Ford and her staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Ford is meticulous and understanding of your wants/needs. She thoroughly answers any questions you may have. She doesn’t make me feel bad for asking questions or being a perfectionist! She seems to get to know each patient personally and I appreciate that.
