1 My Nexplanon implant has caused consistent and chronic bleeding, in this case he prescribed me aygestin to stop bleeding for 10 days out of a month. (so I would be bleeding for the remaining 20 days out of a month) I called a week or so later and the conversation went as follows: "This is Dr. Klein" "Hi thank you so much for calling back" *long pause*
"GO AHEAD" and I continued to explain that it is taking 7 days for the medication to take affect therefore i am only without bleeding for 3 days. He sounded like he did not understand as I repeated myself 3 times and each time he said “i don’t know how to do that”. "You're just bleeding it's not like something is wrong" With anger he said "Then just come and get the Nexplanon taken out" proceeded with reason to discuss other options like taking more than 10 pills a month and he said "Yea that's fine it won't hurt you" in a rush and hung up the phone on me. I've had other rude and rushed encounters with this man. He should not be treating women and downplaying our issues and emotions.
