Dragonfly Tea Room & Gift Shop, Canal Fulton OH

I had never been before but wanted to host a baby shower here. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. The staff is very inviting. The group options for Victorian tea was so good and pleasantly a great amount! The team accommodate us so well and it was so nice to have time with friends at this establishment. I will definitely return and look forward to also checking out the winery side.

Update: went to update Facebook to reply for those asking about events and they blocked me. Based off of all the past 1 star reviews, it seems like the kind of responsiveness you receive in person too. It would have been very easy to just update the event. Ignoring customers is unprofessional. They can block people from Facebook but reviews last. ;) FYI. People following an event on Facebook.follow the event, not the host. In the future you may want to consider updating events instead of your main page.

Business is not responsive to phone calls, emails or event messages. They stated reservations required and they'll update when the event opens but I watched the event page daily and there was no announcement stating the event booking ability had opened or how to purchase. People have been requesting information for 2 weeks and not 1 reply.

One of my absolute favorite places! Booked a table here for my birthday last year and EVERYONE had a fabulous time. The tea and food were delicious—and very reasonably priced! Worth every penny for the laid back and whimsical experience.
