Drees built our home and did a wonderful job. We love our new home and are excited to spend many years in it.

Drees made us TERMINATE our contract. Ongoing errors, ignoring us as the buyers, continuous failure of delivering simple customer service. Drees made us to stop even thinking about building our dream house. 4 months of paperwork after we signed contract with Drees and we even haven't had appointment with subcontractor/builder. We went through horrible experience with Drees. Due to Failure of service we decided to terminate our contract. Experience with Design center rep Kcey Anthony was a disaster even we had some light moments. Her unprofessional handling of design questions and her service just confirmed that we made correct decision to abort our contract before we even started to physically build the house. Continuous ignoring of our emails by general manager Chris Bunge made us to hire the lawyer to discontinue this mass. It would be your decision to Do not go with Drees or go with them. But we terminated our contract and wanted to share our experience about definite problems with Drees building company during our short contract time.

We looked at several builders over a two year period and decided to have our home built by Drees in Windfall estates. My wife and are very pleased with the entire process. Keith Stumpf was our market manager, Kcey Anthony was our coordinator at the design center and Anthony Lombardo was our builder GC. All three were professional, fantastic at communicating and listened to us at each step. We take strong exception to one review that called out Kcey Anthony specifically as not being professional or good at what she does. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM OUR EXPERIENCE. She was wonderful! Listened to us and did a great job of making great suggestions at options that were inline with what we wanted. I would not hesitate recommending Drees to anyone. No build will be 100% perfect and no matter who the builder is, there will be issues that will need to be worked through. Drees did a great job of working through the minor issues that came up.

Drees built our dream home and it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. My wife and I originally were going to build with a different builder, and the pricing changed significantly with no advanced notice, and the home was no longer within our budget. We had the exact opposite experience with Drees. They were upfront with the pricing, including high level estimates for the changes and/or design selections important to us. As we continued with the design selection, we were exceptionally pleased with the options available, and truly felt they were a great balance of quality and affordability. The entire building process with Drees was incredible. We had weekly meetings to keep us updated with progress, and they partnered with us for any issues/recommendations. We have now lived in the house for a month, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Drees!

The entire process was pleasant, from deciding on a home model and signing the contract to the design phase and through construction to closing. We didn’t have a problem with any step of the process and would highly recommend using Drees as a builder to anyone we know considering building a house.
