Drivers Exam Station, Lebanon OH

Friendly and efficient service. Our appointment was 1: 30. We were told to arrive at 1: 15 and we did… Perfect because it was 15 minutes of waiting behind other people. This was for the driver’s exam and was told that would take 15 minutes and 14 minutes 30 seconds they returned from the exam.
On time for everything. It was a nice visit.

Wait was reasonably short compared to what I've experienced before, but I haven't been in a handful of years. The clerk who helped me was great.

Please don’t go there for driving test specially if you are immigrants. White big lady was super rude. She make people more nervous. I was in line she saw me and immediately she said do you know if you became fail what you have to do I said I don’t know and she replied me you have to take a class. Lady how can you judge people by looking their face. We are here for driving test. We are already little nervous and you made us more nervous by commenting disrespectful and disgusting things. Karen if you don’t like your job you better stay home don’t come at work. Don’t show your attitude at work. Don’t yell people. Karen you better change your attitude

Fast, friendly service. Arrived at 8am with approximately 10 people in front of me. Finished before 8: 30am.

I now give Lebanon, OH BMV 5 stars! The employees are great and super fast, efficient, and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new tag and registration in hand. I did the title next door just beforehand and it also took less than 10 minutes. I had no wait at all!

One of employees, an older woman came over to the check in to answer questions and help people which helped some not have to wait to ask their question. It's nice that they're open until 2 on Saturdays!

Who are these friendly, efficient people? It seems aliens have taken over the license bureau and kidnapped the slow, grumpy typical employees.
