Wonderful helpful well trained staff! Clean establishment. Parking was terrible but didn’t have to wait long.

Oh boy, where do I begin. I took my wife there to do a temporary permit test.
1) The guy printing out her ID card at the desk was one of the worst. His name was Ramundo or Raymond. He was tall, wearing a black T shirt/shirt that day that said Xavier.
2) How bad was he you ask? Well, I will just say this. His coworker sneezed and instead of saying bless you like a normal Human being, or not saying anything like a normal Human being, he called her “NASTY”. Not so in a playful manner, but in a he-thinks-he-is-kidding-in-his-head but it’s not coming across that way.
3) He WAS Extremely rude to everyone, including us. I won’t even bore you with the details but what kind of place has an employee like this?
4) The whole time, he has a mean gruntled face, and you can tell he hates being there and hates his job. Like, not even pretending to hide it. Why are you working there? What gives you the right to abuse your coworkers in front of everyone and people that come there. The audacity to call coworkers nasty and not even flinch tells you everything.
Whatever you do, Avoid RAMUNDO at all costs. If you get him, go to the back of the line and wait for someone else. Trust me you will thank me later. Ask everyone their name at the beginning and if someone says Ramundo, you will know to avoid him.
Management if you are reading this and he is your employee, you should know what to do next.
