Love this place. Famouse brands and good prices. Register in their rewards program with your phone number and you will get coupons every month and also will get $20 after spending certain points. Clearence section you will love it, prices are unbeliavable.

I found the customer service at the front to be sorely lacking. I've worked in retail and this is not how to do it. Be prepared to wait in line forever. They do have a cute selection, but the customer service at the front leaves much to be desired.

Great spot to shop, great pricing, all of the locations have different inventory so make sure to check them all out if you are looking for something specific or different.

Very large selection of better brand men and women shoes. Well organized shoe sections which includes a good selection of clearance items. Always worth a look!

I buy all of my shoes at DSW. They are always great about letting you know of coupons and offers, even if you didnt bring them with you. They also always have the latest styles and trends. Their sale section is great and I can always find options!

Place has an amazing selection of both new stuff and absurdly discounted stuff. It's hard to leave without two pairs of.something.

Standing in line to check out. Next cashier to get freed up, looks me directly in the eye and walks away while the line is 5 shoppers deep. He is then spotted roaming the store looking at his cell phone. No wonder people prefer shopping online.

Very clean and well organized store. I like that the isles are about 4 feet tall so it is easy to see over them to navigate into the isle of interest. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I like the discount section in the back too. I give them 4 stars because they rarely carry size 5 and 11 in women's shoes. One must go next door to Nordstrom Rack for those, which opens up a huge selection of shoes and clothes!

Great and large selection of both men and women's shoes. They carry well known brands and there is something for everyone. Plus its located right next door to Nordstrom Rack. Prices were discounted substantially from other retail stores. I will definitely be returning there before I purchase additional shoes, boots and sandals.

Meh, mediocre selection for men. Better than the smaller shops but over blah. Walked out with nothing in my hand.

Was expecting to received two $20 tickets because the special was spend 75 and get 20. I spent over $200.00.

So many shoes! Staff is very helpful in checking other stores if they don't have the size you are looking for.

No one greeted or offered to assist my daughter and me. We were shopping for her homecoming shoes. We has an unpleasant shopping experience. When I brought our problem to the managers attention he was non sympathetic. I highly recommend. Shopping at the Easton location much better customer service.

The store is giant! They have a large amount of shoes, purses and other accessories. Parking is great, the location is great, when you finish at DSW you can go next door to Nordstrom or Bed Bath or Beyond. My only complaint is that the men’s shoe area has shrank! The location was my go to spot for men’s shoes and now I have to drive to Polaris to shop. That’s my only complaint about this store.
