DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Toledo OH

The customer service at this DSW is outstanding, from the people that greeted us upon entering to the final sale at the register. The shoe selection? Well, I have big feet, and I find more choices in the clearance section than anything they have on the floor. I was very surprised at the prices on the markdowns, they really didn't have much in the way of any great deals. Huge markups versus small markdowns. Guess I'll try again late spring.sigh.

I like DSW but will likely never return to this store. Management needs to learn how to speak to and treat customers.

The store was not clean. There were open boxes on the floor in every aisle of ladies shoes. No one offered to help me. There were stacks of shoe boxes in the entryway. It looked like they were reorganizing. The entire time I shopped the 3 employees chatted. No one touched any of the disarray in the store. Not likely to return to a DSW.

Lots of shoes, boots, slippers, fun socks, handbags, etc. Great prices, friendly, and helpfull staff.

Today my brother bought a pair of shoes and socks and she handed my brother the receipt back with no change and it was rlly weird Bc he didn’t give her the exact amount and so we where walking Out of the store and I asked for his receipt and I notice she was supposed to give him back 9.01 so I went back to ask why she didn’t give the change back and acted as if she forgot that is not something u forget about she also didn’t even look at the receipt to see how much she owed him she already knew the exact amount!

Our favorite place to get shoes! Great selectionselection! Grear employees! Always super clean!

Store is going out of business- good deals, the trendier styles that are in right now are still high priced- but as expected!

A great store with incredible employees that are always there to help. I got my favorite pair of running shoes here and plan to get more in the future!

Completely on trend, found everything I was looking for and then some. And the staff was so helpful and kind what a wonderful experience!

Large selection, wife and I always find what we're looking for. I wear a large size this store stocks more than most.

This was my first trip to DSW post-pandemic. I received a $25 off a purchase coupon in the mail so I figured I could always use another pair of shoes lol. While I was greeted with a friendly hello upon entering, I enjoy shopping here because no one hassles me while I am shopping. I found a super-cute pair of sandals from a large selection, and tried on multiple sizes, all at my own pace. The check-out line was long, however, it did move quickly. I almost left the line to attempt the self-check out, but opted to stay in line. My cashier was friendly and efficient. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience!

Staff wasn't very helpful. If you're a woman and your feet are a little wide you're limited to sneakers or flip flops. Forget about wearing anything pretty. Not a single women's wide shoe in stock.

What can l say that they had what l was looking for at a great price. Well they did and will l be going back of course.

Great place if you have small feet like women's size 6-7. Lots of variety there. But if you have a larger size foot which is no fault of your own. Then these are few and far between. And I can't believe how expensive they were. And not much to choose from which is probably why it has been years since I have shopped here.

I don't understand the purpose of a store like this. Everything is the same price as everywhere else, if not more expensive. The clearance section is a joke. The store is clean and very large.

They associates are super helpful. They didn't have hiker boot I was looking for. But offered online order in store. Christine was super nice and helpful. Great customer service. Thank you

The young lady at checkout was so sweet and friendly. Her name is Cassidy. Found some shoes and they were on sale!

I have been a long time shopper of this particular location but, I will not return here again. My boyfriend and I went in at 8: 30pm (they close at 9pm) and of the 3 employees, not one spoke to us in the 20 minutes we looked in the store. The store was empty, and many shoes were missing on the shelves. As we walked out, I asked the older woman what happened to all the jewelry and purses. She was clearly annoyed and explained to me about the social distancing set up and that they don't have room for purses and jewelry like they used to. She was not friendly and neither were the young women working with her.
