We love Dr. Fan and the dental hygienists, but the woman with curly, short hair who checks you in is rude. She was rude to me and the person after me about not filling out our paperwork prior to the appointment. I'm not a new patient and I was bringing my 3 year old for her first appointment. I quickly filled it out on my phone while we waited to go back for my daughter's appointment.

I understand she's doing her job by asking patients to fill out their paperwork, but there's no need to be outright rude about it. I can take my business (which is four people) elsewhere where I'm not treated so rudely.

I always have an extremely positive experience dating back to 2015 From the front desk to the dental hygienist to Dr. Fan, everyone is professional, knowledgeable and kind. They were timely, polite, sincere and provided great service. I absolutely recommend going to check them out and give them a call.

The entire staff has always been very professional, friendly and welcoming! Every dental hygienist I’ve had has been very thorough and has taken the time to explain the things they’re doing and why. Dr. Fan has also been wonderful and is always thorough with her exam and makes sure to answer any questions. I can’t say that I love going to the dentist but the experience here makes it a lot better:)

Dr. Fan and staff are always friendly but professional too. I have known Dr. Fan for many years and she always treats her patients with kindness and professionalism. There have been times that I have had to call her after hours and she has gone out of her way to see me. I’m so grateful to have her as my Dentist.

I have been coming to this dental practice for more than 5 years and I never once had a bad experience with them. They are always very pleasant and professional. Even when they are busy, I never felt rushed by the staff. I was so grateful for them when I called them with an dental concern and they were able to fit me in the same day. My dental hygienist did a wonderful job with my dental cleanings and dental education. Front desk staff Tammy is very helpful whenever I call there. Dr. Fan is very patient and knowledgeable.
