Dublin Metro Dental

It is always a pleasure to have my semi-annual cleaning appointments with Dublin Metro Dental.

The staff are professional and courteous. When being examined the doctors are very careful to insure you are receiving all the needed attention you require.

The dental technicians are careful and thorough and are also a joy to converse with until the doctor makes their appearance. Highly recommend!

I have strong dental anxiety and haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years. The entire staff made me feel safe and welcome. My issues were all resolved immediately. I will be recommended them to everyone!

Overall great experience! Everyone was nice, helpful and informative. This has been the least amount of pain ever at a dentist. Highly recommend. The only con is that it’s a little pricey.

Love the staff and Dr. Sadineni is kind, empathetic and helped decide the best treatment plan for me. Looking forward to going back for my next cleaning!

This was my first appointment for a evaluation of what I needed done. My visit was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was concerned with my health, comfort and also explained what was going to be done. I was also informed of my plan of care from Dr Sadineni. I am looking forward to having my dental work done in the near future. Thank you all for the comfortable experience.

Very professional, but condescending.

If you have lots of money to spend ensuring a beautiful and healthy mouth, they will love you.
However, it you are older with deteriorating bone and teeth without unlimited funds for bone grafts and implants be wary. What you agree to from a wax fitting, is not what you will receive. Mine ended up looking like giant horse teeth, after lots of adjustments, the top denture is tolerable although it doesn't stay in. The lower partial continues to cause sores in the same spot. The associates are condescending at times, telling me I don't understand how denture works, even though i previously had one that stayed in without very little adhesive for ten years.

Would not recommend. Very friendly staff but I have had two fillings crack and fall out within a year of them being put in. I am not hard on my teeth and none of my other fillings have had this issue. Also, every visit was a sales pitch for Invisalign.

This is an amazing dental office with amazing staff that take care of you in great timing and do an amazing job. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a dental office because their amazing.

Sadineni madam and staff are so patience enough to answer all of my questions and really like the way they treat patients. Staff gives lot of respect and were polite.

Great Dentist Office! Everyone is courteous and friendly and offer great service. They are efficient and use the latest technology making each visit pleasant. Our whole family comes here and we are all very happy with Dr. Sadineni and her staff. We would highly recommend this practice to all.

I have been having an issue with a crown and during my most recent check up Dr. Sadineni was able to quickly solve my problem! She is my hero!

I recently switched to Dublin Metro Dental, so far I am very happy with my experiences. The staff is very attentive, and organized, my appointments start on time and move quickly while still giving me great care. Time is money and I appreciate that they respect me.

First time coming to Dublin- Metro and it was a great experience. All the people involved with me were awesome. Took care of my problem in a very professional manner. I was very confident that everything was done correctly when I left. I was assured if I had any problems I should come back and it would be corrected.
I highly recommend Dublin - Metro- Dental for all your needs in dentistry. They have state of the art equipment and a facility to match. Most people hate to go to the dentist but the people there make you confortable and at ease from the beginning. Thanks for the work you did for me. Ken Booher

Super friendly and helpful staff. When I visited them it had been a while since I had been to a dentist, and my teeth were a mess, but wasn't too much for them to handle and helped me get started on fixing everything! Will be back in the future.

Great staff from top to bottom. Receptionists are wonderful, assistants are great, and Dr. Is wonderful gifted and compassionate towards her patients. I've had a few procedures that I consider advanced and every time their team puts me at ease and does a great job.

Great staff! Dr. Sadineni, Jenny, and the hygienist that performed my deep cleaning (I wish I could remember her name) are awesome! Initially I was irratated as I was waiting 40 minutes till my initial consultation, turned out they had a couple of emergency dental procedures. I was about to leave and find a different dentist - I'm glad I didn't. After ignoring a dentist office for 20 years, they didn't make me feel like dirt. They fixed all the issues (there were a lot) and I'm extremely happy with the results. I didn't think my teeth would look this great! Thanks!

As a VERY nervous patient-first time in their office I was treated with the utmost courtesy and caring staff.
I researched many dentists prior to selecting this one.
By far the best dentist experience I have experienced in my entire life and I’m already well into my 70’s.
Both Dentist and staff are the best!

I had a crown done here about 2 years ago after not having been to the dentist for years due to lack of insurance. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist so I read tons of reviews before deciding to make an appointment at Dublin Metro because there were so many positive reviews (which I now feel must be fake/paid for). At the time of the procedure I was a little concerned by how rushed everything seemed, but I figured as long as the job was done right I was okay with being treated like a number and not a valued patient. I was originally excited by the new technology used in this office and thought the one day crown machine would be great, however they had many problems trying to scan my tooth and place the crown, having to re-numb me several times. She eventually got the crown on and assured me everything was fine. I was unable to get in to see a dentist again until recently when I finally got dental insurance. I scheduled a standard cleaning at a different office (since Dublin Metro is out of network for my plan). I was shocked when I saw the X-Rays of the crown done here and was told it was never sealed properly. I'm not a dentist, but even I could tell the large gap between my gum line and the crown was bad (it's subtle enough that I didn't notice it by looking at it in person but it is very clear on the X-Ray). I am still paying off the job done by Dublin Metro through CareCredit (I am a full time student so my monthly payment is very low) and now I have to pay hundreds of dollars for ANOTHER crown to be put on properly. This dentist either knew that the crown was improperly placed and chose to let me leave like that, or they did not bother to check in the first place. Either way I am extremely disappointed and have suffered severe financial and emotional strain from this mistake. I know mistakes happen, but this was completely avoidable and horrible practice. I wanted to post this to let others know not to trust all the positive reviews listed here.

I was very hesitant in going to the dentist as I have very bad anxiety. I made the decision to come to Dublin Metro Dental a few years ago and I have been very happy. Everyone is very nice and they make you feel very relaxed. I have been happy with every visit and Dr Sadineni is the best!
