Our waitress was wonderful and the food was delicious; however, it took over an hour to get our food.

I loved the vibe of this place. The inside was warm and cozy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on their items. The food was wonderful. They put their own signature twist to the food which made it unique, and they had a mix of food from Europe. Not just Irish food. When my family and I went, they had live music playing outside. Which made the experience that much more fun. If I had not been pregnant I would have hopped across the street afterwards to enjoy a stroll downtown, but it is perfectly located to do this. Next time I am not pregnant, I will gladly go enjoy some time in the Oregon District afterwards.

Great drinks, I liked the Irish Green Tea and the Summerita. And the food was really good too! We had poutine fries and cheese curds. Yum!

We stopped in for a sandwich and drink on our walking tour of the area. He got a brisket sandwich, my daughter and I each ordered an appetizer and shared them. The chicken tenders, and pretzels were both really good. The chocolate cake with raspberry drizzle was delicious! We would be happy to visit again the next time we are in town!

The flies was horrid there was flies in my food there was flies on me not very enjoyable afternoon

Food was outstanding! Fries were very good, as was the fish and shepherds pie! The waitress we had, Haley, was great!

Cinnamon Apple Mule! Great vibes. Live music. Covid-adapted pub. Good spacing between seats.nice clear divider at the bar. Felt safe and comfortable!

Maybe I went to a different restaurant but i could not disagree more with the rest of the reviews. In all honesty, I was completely dissapointed with my experience here. I've read & heard plenty of positive reviews raving about this place. Of course, I went with nothing but high hopes & a belly ready for gourmet-orgasm. Unfortunately this place was far, FAR from anything I had heard. I asked th server what their most popular dishes were & made sure to order fan favorites.

Great service, great food, and great beer. Everyone need to try "The Ruck. " You'll thank me later.

Loved this place! The Rucker certainly lived up to the hype. The service was great and the atmosphere of the establishment was wonderful. The husband loved the Guinness on tap too!

Ruben was delicious. I had that along with pub fries. Both very good. The recent addition is a must see with gorgeous woodwork rescued and revived from a church. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tight quarters getting around tables or I would have given 5 stars.

Sunday brunch buffet is well worth getting up for (and they have a confessional right there by it. In case you skipped sermon!).

The best loaded fries on the planet! And of course, The Ruck. This is my favorite place to eat when I'm in Dayton.

I only went for drinks so I cant say how the food was but they have a large assortment of Irish whiskey and that's really worth it to me.

Arguably one of the better pints of Guinness in Dayton. The shepherd's pie was moist and tasty.

First time there. Great food and the staff was si helpful and very polite. Will be going back soon.

Great good. Fantastic service. Went on a Sunday evening at 5, had almost the entire restaurant to ourselves until around 630 and it was still fairly empty. Brought our 1 year old daughter, and got her the kids portion of mac and cheese, it would be enough for at least 4 meals for her (if mom and dad didn't eat off of it too ;) )

Food was terrible. Dont get the beef stew, or the beef boxty. The vegetables were hard. Also the corn beef and cabbage was bland. Its says it one of the top rated irish pubs in the U. S. A more like the worst. The waitress Sephrah was awesome!

Great food and atmosphere. Servers are very nice and courteous. Buffet is outstanding! Highly recommend going there. We will be returning customers.

This is hands down the best irish pub i have ever been to in the states. The atmosphere they have created was wonderful. As soon as my party walked in we felt welcomed and like we were old friends with all the other patrons. The food was flavorful, the service was speedy and pleasant, the live music set the stage for a fun night. And dont for get the black and tans.
