6This insurance agent is not recommended. We did work for him on his property. After talking to him. Duke approach me an offers me insurance. Emailed me and text me. After no respond he treat on leaving a bad review to get his stump when it wasn’t never paid for. After stump was done, Duke kept insisting for me to get life insurance. It was over 4-5 months of text messages. If no answer or reply. It is obvious we do not want life insurance. Now he posted a one start review on my website when his stump was done and roots were never mentioned. What a bad businessman
Duke is a very good agent and extremely helpful. We bought life insurance for my dad who died recently. Duke helped expedite the claim process so that my mom can receive the insurance money to help pay the funeral cost

Beware this office charged me for a car I didnt own and then wouldn't reimburse the false payments. That is fraud.
Duke Nguyen is knowledgeable, and his professionalism speaks volumes when explaining "Insurance". Whether it home, or car insurance, Duke takes time to explain terms that an average person may not understand. He will not let you leave his office until you understand your policies.
