6 The need to sell my home unexpectedly in 2021 sent me on housing search for a quiet, affordable, conveniently located apartment. The Champion Companies offered just what I needed. Duncan Park has been home for almost 3 years. I appreciate the ease of using the app for rental payments and maintainence requests. The leasing office staff is always so polite and responsive. Maintainence is also a pleasure to work with when needed. The location is great with a short drive to 315 and its proximity to a plethora of restaurants and stores. I really enjoy living here.
Full transparency. I scored my experience 4 stars and not 5 due to the inevitable challenge of apartment living when you have noisy neighbors. As a first level tenet, the noise from above can be maddening BUT the front office has always responded with kindness and taken action to address issues as they arise. I have also been disappointed with the amount of the rent increase in the short time I've been here. I wish things like being a timely and pleasant tenant could be cause for a discount.
My company has worked professionally with Champion at several of their properties to help our clients find apartments. I am always happy to work with Champion and Duncan Park was no exception. The staff there are extremely friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained every part of the leasing process and took the time to answer all of my client's questions. The apartments are also beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. I would highly recommend Duncan Park if you're looking to move!
This was my first time moving into an apartment all by myself, and Ally and the whole team made the process super smooth for me. They are super friendly and are very fast with responding to emails, which is great if you ever run into any issues or you have any questions regarding the apartment. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy. Some other perks of living here include 24/7 access to the gym, free Starbucks coffee, a beautiful rooftoop, and a dog park. The apartments are also situated in a very good location because you have cvs, Walmart and Giant Eagle less than a mile away. The nearest hospital is 11 minutes away which is not that bad, and if you like eating out, there is small plaza close by as well with many stores. I have been living here for less than a month, but so far I love it! I hope you will too!:)
My whole process from inquiring to moving in was smooth and painless. Ally and the rest of the team were very attentive to my needs and also very patient. Extremely happy with my experience and everyone who made that possible!
We moved to Columbus from out of state and had originally planned to rent at a different complex nearby. When we arrived at the other place, we had a rough welcome with various issues that were not resolved (air conditioning didn’t work, dirty shower heads, etc) and we were able to get out of the first lease. Less than a day later, I talked to the staff that worked for this company, and let me tell you they are amazing! They worked between all the properties to find a place available for us asap.
We landed at Duncan Park and we love it here! Our experience with Both the office staff and maintenance has been friendly, helpful, and VERY responsive. Even our tiny maintenance request to adjust a handle was responded to same day.
Access to amazing amenities is also a huge plus here. It’s clean, kept up well, and homey. I’d highly recommend!
