Dunham's Sports reviews
22I tried to give this store a second chance. Because last time they were rude as could be. But today was no different. Except today I got to stand in line for 25 minutes before someone flaky asked me if I had been helped. Well never go back here.
The only 2 pair of shoes I wanted were either out of stock or not in my size. As if ppl only wear 11 or 11.5 size shoes.
This is what a sporting goods store should look like. Stocked with everything you can imagine. Worth the drive!
This is a good store I like this location they usually have plenty of product in stock and it's pretty easy to park and get to
I love the hunting section of this store. The people who helped me were very informative and helpful. They knew how to handle a novice and make me comfortable
Nice nike, adidas, and underarmour fits. And everything you need to have fun outdoors. They also sell handguns and rifles
Never anyone on the floor to help you. Ever time I have been there I had to hunt someone down to get assistance. Not impressed at all with this store
Sporting goods store with good selection and reasonable pricing. Prefer this over the mega-retail stores.
I love this place! I purchased 2 pair of boots one for me and also got a stylish pair for my 9 year old granddaughter. The sale prices are great 40$ total. The only thing I would recommend is that they might need to have better more mature cashiers they were helpful and nice when you got their attention. Young crew seemed more interested in flirting than working. Great store though and love the sales.
Horrible experience with getting a gun, customer service was so rude and didn’t know federal law. Don’t go here is all I can say.
Awesome wish they where closer. They closed the store in Willoughby long time ago. Please open one closer to home
While looking for Cross Country shoes for my daughter, the ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
Lots of merchandise but not much of women's clothing in larger sizes. Do they think only skinny people exercise?
Love the prices actually. I found the best shoes and low cut socks. Would definitely recommend for searching for comfy running shoes.
Oh I love this place! Great selection of pistols rifles ammunition. Bags for rifles. And nice clothes
Dunham's is definitely one of those smaller stores I like to check first. For the things I need for outdoor use hunting camping fishing. This location is well-kept and clean.light on staff
Pretty unorganized in some areas and staff could have been a little friendlier. But great prices and decent selection.
Been here several times, just found out that they have a AAA Discount, if your z member of their club, also military discount. Gave you ever thought about a First Responders discount as well? As President of The Medina County Firemen's Association, and a member of The Ohio State firefighters Association, it would be an AWESOME perk for them. Also sure would be nice to have a Dunham's in Medina, to replace the Sports stores that have left the Medina city area.
Employee took my heavy punching bag to register and loaded it in my car! Awesome deal on bag, gloves, and hanging strap! Great store and employees
I am the husband of the site owner. My wife and I stopped in today after reviewing the email ads to see a Taurus PT-22 ply. The clerk had to have my drivers license (I am 71 years old) so I complied. He immediately asked, " who is buying the gun, in a very demanding gruff voice. When I asked him can we see the gun without the lock, "NO? " He could have offered an explanation up front on store policy and I would have either agreed or simply left. His whole actions put me on the defensive. I felt like a criminal. Never in 35 years have I not been able to look at the gun and examine it before purchase. All I wanted to do was show the benefits to my wife. I called him a 'jerk" and walked out. I do apologize for that. He was just doing his job. He could have been a bit more customer friendly. Never going to enter the store again. "Company policy, " he said as I left. Talk to the manager. I mentioned to Tony as I left, "Can't buy a gun without looking at it without the lock. Let management know and change the policy. He smiled and said, "that will never happen. " Sorry it is not customary to have this locally in a store. Their shop, their rules.
