Dunkin', Uniontown OH

I used to be a regular (3 or 4 times a week) now I go maybe once every 2 weeks just to see if things have changed. This morning I ordered a large hot coffee and a donut. I waited 9 minutes at the window being the only car there this is crazy. Got my coffee and it was ice cold! Went back through and the girl seemed to not be surprised when I told her it was cold. So disappointed. I didn't have time to wait for more to be brewed and didn't get my money back. I work in customer service and get places are understaffed but there are usually 3 of them when I go at 5am. Now I know remember why I stopped going to this location. Always long waits even if there's no one else there and always messed up orders.

They are unfamiliar with the word "toasted" and the difference between "iced" and "original" drinks.

Seriously, they ice everything. You have to *explicitly* tell them not to ice a drink. Simply not including "iced" in your order is not sufficient.

It's not a bad place to eat, I just gave it 3 stars because their dbl chocolate doughnuts tasted totally different than other stores. The restaurant is a great place

We usually have amazing service at this location! But today was not our normal visit the CSR in the drive thru was rude. I ordered 2 donuts and when I got to the window they only rang up only 1 of them and they were rude about the whole situation

The employees aren't very good.they all kept forgetting about the order and tended to other customers that came after me

Before I go into details let it be known that I had a long drive to Cleveland to sit and think this over. I stop at this particular location at least once or twice a week. Roughly Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. I am so tired of the “inconsistency” with them. Yes INCONSISTENCY! I ask for the new avocado toast with bacon, hash browns and large caramel macchiato (hot). They inconsistently do not toast the bread, the bacon was not diced up like it usually is or pictured. The hash browns taste like they cooked them with a flat iron or something along those lines. The macchiato taste like it was stirred with a tree log. I could not enjoy not one of the three items I purchased. Normally they get at least one thing correct and I tolerate the other mishaps but today they messed up everything and I’m just completely done with them. SMH

Wow, I wonder if all customers are made to feel less than important by the employees. The young lady taking my order was more into listening what was being said to her in the head set and her coworkers than me.and then when the one brought in the Chipotle for them to eat.concentration on me and the other gentleman in the store was.let's hurry up and get them out, even if they have to repeat the order two or three times. Donuts were okay since they were hours old, but being ignored does not cut it. I hope their Chipotle was better than the donuts.

The inside service was very poor. I waited at the register for four minutes before anyone came to service me despite trying to wave down workers. I was charged for an item that had to then be refunded because they then realized it wasn't in stock. My attempt to avoid the long drive through line failed miserably.

Use to be a good dunkins; now my order is almost always wrong! Food never cooked right, drinks missing ingredients, like what is going on?

Did not get food as ordered, but did get it quickly for such a large order (even though it wasn't made right)

Asked for a plain bagel toasted with butter got a soogy bagel not toasted one bit and the butter tasted like some kind of chemicals I threw the whole thing away! This is why I normally go to Starbucks

Clean store, predictable product which is good, love cold brew. I don't think many people walk into this location though; mostly drive-thru. I stood there a few extra seconds and they seemed surprised to find me standing at the cash register waiting to order

June 30th 2021 around 11: 15 a.m, I ordered 50 box of munchkins and a strawberry coconut refresher. She said they can't give me 50 munchkins bc they don't have enough. This is a Donut shop correct? It wasn't 11 p.m, it was only 11 a.m. There should be plenty of donuts. So I said ok give me 25 of a variety. She then tells me they don't have any refreshers. Kinda disappointed, but I can get over it. What really got me upset to rate you 2 stars (almost wanted to rate 1 bc this location has the rudest team in the area, but I didn't) was when I got half way home I opened the box and all I see is cinnamon!
So I drove to the 224/ Canton Rd location who not only is cheaper, but has the best crew! Always pleased with them. Dunkin in N Canton is great too. Mngmt.please train your employees like the other locations in the area!
