Dunkin', Kent OH

The girls that work here are literally so ignorant I’m not sure why they work at Dunkin if they can’t stand people. I come in every single day and get the same order occasionally adding an extra coffee or food for a friend, I have never in my life heard little girls huff and puff the way that these ones do when they have to make a medium iced coffee. I have been screamed at over the window and left waiting for over 30 minutes. These college kids need some serious help and need to get basic human decency. They don’t even let you finish a sentence before interrupting you with “anything else” between every breath I take. Overall the worst workers in the city of kent. So disappointed. Do better.

Save yourself the money and either go to a different dunkin or go to starbucks.absolutely garbage.spent $10 and received $2 worth of my order lol

I stopped in this morning for donuts. I heard the staff talking but I was left standing at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. I was the only person in the lobby. As I stood wondering if they would ever acknowledge me, I became more disappointed with the selection they had to offer. The same few donuts they always have. I had other errands to run, so I decided to leave and try Stow. Once I got to Stow, I decided to try a local donut shop in the plaza instead. Great choice! This is not my first bad service experience at kent Dunkin’. Today I realized that their donuts leave a lot to be desired and I can get much better donuts elsewhere!

Coffee taste like raw sewage, two days in a row I have ordered a small frozen coffee and it taste like they haven’t cleaned their coffee pots or made a fresh pot of coffee in weeks. The morning drive thru staff is slow, and rude. They never give napkins unless asked and today placed our receipt right on top of the frosting of our donut.

9 out of 10 times when you order ahead they won't have it. They charge you wrong amounts. Very unprofessional place for such a big franchise!

WENT INSIDE TO GET A COFFEE ONLY. FOUR PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. THEY ALL WALKED OUT. THERE WOULDN'T ANYONE WAIT ONE THEM. CREW MEMBERS WOULD SERVICE THE DRIVE THRU. AND THERE TOASTER OVEN WAS ON FIRER. I ALSO GAVE UP AFTER 20 MINUTES. AND WALKED OUT.

Great coffee and doughnuts but I think we need a college professor to teach a course on how much cream equals one cream.

The last time I ordered from this location I was given the wrong drink but the manager was very quick to correct the issue and very kind about doing so!

Went through drive thru very pushy person at window. Didn’t even get to tell him exactly what I wanted before he told me to go to the window. Not real happy with this place

Beware, they will charge you for medium and large waters so pay attention. My order total for 2 basic donuts should have been $2.38 but was $4 somethg bc they chged me $2 for a large water. Yes, you read that right

Sad. This place used to be good. Recently however, it took a turn for the worse: the last two times I have been there I ordered with mobile order and the food came out half frozen. I had to go back and they refused to remake the order right. Really? So I went to a different dunkin and they offered to make it right. I won't be returning to this dunkin for a while.

The coffee was pretty fresh tasted as you would expect, but the atmosphere of the shop was what really allowed to get my work done. Great location to visit when crunching on projects.

Never been so disappointed. The cashier gave us attitude and I asked for Turkey Sausage on a sandwich because I cannot have anything pork. And we ended up with loads of bacon on the sandwich. Then my girlfriend asked for egg and cheese sandwich and got no cheese. I already took off not knowing that would be the case.

Great place for coffee and a donut. Went there to get donuts for my fellow employees where I work. Quick easy service with a smile

One of the worst Dunkins. The staff is so horribly rude. They act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering, and they are even ruder if you have to wait on something like food. Like, I am sorry you are so slow that your line is long, but I am paying for food, so I am not the problem. I'm not dining out in the drive thru. I just got some bagle minis daaamn

As a recent former dunkin employee I'm super confused as to why they keep halting food sales around 10: 30-11. I understand it's busy but dunkin sells food all day, never have I ever encountered this and it would have been incredibly unacceptable where I was employed. Do better.
