Dunkin', Lorain OH

Never had any issues here with the food or service itself, but it’s almost never worth going because getting in and out of the ridiculously tiny lot is dangerous and stressful.

I mean who doesn't love Dunkin? This particular Dunkin lost a star due to it's parking lot situation.definitely not a very thought out design. This parking lot may rank in the top 10 most likely places to get in a car accident in Lorain, that's legit.

Friendly employees, good coffee and doughnuts! Love to take my kids here for mommy and son dates:)

I really despise the new update. 1st instead of 200 pts its 500 & now all of a sudden i can't get a free Signature Latte, so you've increased the points but refuse to redeem for what I usually drink! It's disgusting! Dunkin do better! I guess I should start going to Starbucks!

Amazing staff that even though there were only three on shift were polite and friendly. And they were open for dine in. Excellent service and a clean restaurant will use again.

This location doesn’t understand the concept of mobile ordering. I waited and waited while watching everybody else continually go through the drive thru. Isn’t mobile supposed to be fast and convenient? 25 minutes and still waiting.

Was not a good experience. Second time I have had a problem and I won’t be back. I feel that the donuts were older and they were hard. My husband wanted almond milk and they forgot to put it in. I just feel for the money I pd the experience should have been better

Love this Dunkin for how the staff is working as a team to have orders together and get the long line of cars through quickly. The worst part of this Dunkin is the location. It always has been a terrible spot that has not had accommodating space for cars to line up at busy times without being in the road. Having the one entrance blocked off has made things a lot better with the line going much more smoothly but I wish this location would have found a way over the years to be able to accommodate the volume of customers who utilize the drive thru at the same time of day. Maybe someone can engineer a better parking lot format? Still will go to this place even with the slight struggle and worry of car accidents for people being unaware of their surroundings. Love having a special treat for the family every once in a while before school and work!

Could be good if they ever make a coffee correctly. It is astonishing that every single dunkin can truly destroy a coffee experience.

Nice staff, especially for it to be as busy as it is! Nice variety of drinks and food! Everyone should be able to find something good to eat/drink!

Imo the best Dunkin around. The workers are super friendly and the service is fast. I literally go here nearly every day, so I've gotten to know some of the employees and they're a great group of individuals.

Service is always good, coffee is way better than Starbucks, but the parking/drive thru situation is a mess and makes it hard to want to stop there now.

Usually a good experience when I come here. If your ordering drinks like the coffee is really good but there food is nasty this is the worst food I’ve ever had from Dunkin the hash browns taste like they were cooked on a unclean grill and then left out to sit and be cold and the quality of there food is different from any other Dunkin it’s absolutely vial I just waisted my money on food I couldn’t even eat and I will never be visiting this Dunkin again

I come to this Dunkin often before work and usually don’t have any problems. There has been other times when I have gone that my coffee is a little short but the coffee that I received today was just pitiful. I ordered a large iced latte and received maybe a medium in a large cup. Was truly disappointed with this experience

Do not get the pancake minis! They are HORRIBLE! They taste like freezer burn. Excellent service when picking up mobile orders though. Quick and accurate. Friendly staff.

Sometimes they get it right. The cups are only covered in coffee on occasion. They almost never put all 3 espressos that I pay for in the coffee. An say they did- I get them 3 times a day I can look at it and tell they are NOT all there. Heads up when you pay 5$ for an ice coffee and 6$ in espressos are added. Put them all in, it's no more than theft. I usually sit in line for 10/20 mins an more than a few times I then pull off and it's wrong, guess what they lock the door usually " COVID" so don't if you wait in line for 20 minutes and pay 15$ for 2 coffee's 3 times a day- do not pull away from the window unit you are sure it is right. - then have them remade, if not your money and patience is no less important than the people behind you. Coffee is 1$ - Dunkins prices have surpassed Starbucks, so they will make the drink I order correctly, anything less is UNACCEPTABLE

Excellent and I see why America runs on Dunkin! Used to pop in to McDs which was on my way to work at 6 am. Not so much anymore.those HBs are inexpensive and little nuggets of happy, and they always have specialty coffee available unlike McD that often says the machines broke. Lol highly recommend and don't worry about the long line.they move ya through real quick and politely.

Usually a good experience when I come here. Mainly ordered coffee and ice cream. Make sure to taste your coffee before pulling off if your order is special though because they get super busy and messup sometimes. And if ordering for more than one person make sure to tell them you do not need a damn flimsy cardboard drink carrier because there's a good chance you and your car will be wearing the drinks you ordered.
