Dunkin', Austintown OH

I am a regular for the most part at this dunkin and when I go here in the early afternoon and get my latte sometimes it is made properly, but if this one particular girl is working at the time it is totally wrong, this has happened to me atleast 5 times and not exaggerating, but anyways they end up giving me iced coffee instead of my iced latte.
But if I would give the night crew a rating they would get five stars I never have a problem with them and they always get my coffee right the first time. The girls on night shift definitely know what they're doing and it's not that hard to make coffee.

Never open on time. Says they open at 4: 30 but the people inside dont tend to the drive thru. Drove to the meridian store instead.

Only reason for this is the sign out front says 24 hours for dt. But then there's a sign by speaker saying staffing issues opening at 5am. So it's like is it open or close when I go at 230am.

Tried to order 2 things that where ON THEIR MENU and the tell me each time, "we don't have that". Really? Then when I do place an order they try and give me something totally different because they're outta that too. Waste of time. Starbucks from now on.

This dunkin and the one on Salt springs road by Route 80 are the best dunkin donuts in the area. This dunkin is always busy in morning/afternoon and the employees do a amazing job to fill orders. The drinks, food and donuts are always fresh and delicious. They always make my drinks to my liking.

How come this Dunkin’ charges for a cup of water but I go to Starbucks and Dunkin’ from different locations and towns and they don’t charge me for a large cup of water. As soon as I go to Austintown Dunkin’ you people try to charge me two dollars for two cups of water. I don’t understand because the Starbucks in Boardman and the Dunkin’ in Boardman and Youngstown always gives me a free water. It’s weird how you charge for water. It’s water with no flavor, nobody else charges me for WATER. I go to Starbucks and get free water and a free large cup of ice so be better. I would give you zero stars if I could but it won’t let me go that low.

Sign said lobby open. We walked here in the cold while our car was getting work done but they RUDELY kicked us out when we tried to sit at a table and eat the FOOD we PAID FOR. Why have the lobby open at all?

Once again.my Door Dash driver is waiting for 30 mins because they only cater to drive through. I literally just walked in and NOT ONE PERSON at the counter.

Corporate is gonna hear about this. The Manager and all staff need fired.

They are the slowest dunkin I've ever been to! Every other dd is very fast! This one is definitely not!

I will never go to this Dunkin again. Horrific service, an awful driveway and the line is always minimum 7 cars deep because they are incapable of operating quickly. There are plenty other options in the area including another Dunkin less then a mile away, it's a shame they are "not allowed" to give out cups though because that seals the deal for me. I have no use for Dunkin

Great food, just don't eat anything with their sausage in it. It has a weird chemical taste to it that's a bit bothersome. Coffee is always good, just can't go wrong with the Coffee. Donuts are pretty good but really sweet. Freshness goes with the time of day.

Come here daily! My cup almost always leaks since they switched to paper cups & for some reason my Chai tea has been wrong every time I ordered it, if I wanted the latte I'd ask for the LATTE! NOT "The original chai tea! " The new latte is too strong & upsets my stomach, I payed almost 4$ for a drink I can't drink now because employees cant pay attention to which drink I ordered & it's happened more than once & they refuse to fix it claiming "they made the right one" like I can't tell the taste of my own drink! What happened to the customer was always right.smh going to a different Dunkin from now on y'all messed up one too many times now and refuse to even acknowledge it.

Servers were very nice. We visited in the afternoon and both donuts were stale. They had only one type of muffins available NO FALL FLAVORS AT ALL. My snack back was rubber and my large iced Americano didnt have the flavoring added.

Best in the area. The mostly always get my signature drinks correct, just as I order the drinks.

Absolutely horrible in the early morning. Whether I order through the drive thru or ahead on my mobile app, I am always sitting in the drive thru for 8-10. What’s the point of ordering ahead ont Dunkin app and I’m still waiting.
