Dunkin', Columbiana OH

Order the same thing Carmel crazed iced coffee and today they tell me this is my Carmel crazed iced coffee, no whipped cream.then wanted to argue.

Everything was I got to drink and I say please fill it up all the way, and the manager was taking water was very rude so you cannot do that while I see the line I understand but it isn't to the line I'm paying or three bucks for a coffee I expected to be all the way filled up.

Worst Dunkin around. They have one job and can't do it. Then they argue with you. Won't return to this location. McDonald's has your Carmel iced coffee beat anyday.

I stop at this Dunkin at least 3 times a week. When my order is correct it is always good, the problem is I feel like they sometimes don't read the orders. I always order my coffee the same way and know right away if it isn't correct just by the color, or if you order a chocolate chocolate doughnut I feel like they should know the difference between that and a yeast doughnut with chocolate frosting on it. The good thing is they are usually friendly and willing to correct it right away.

We went into the store and purchased a dozen miscellaneous donuts. When we got home we had our coffee the donuts that we had just bought were stale, hard and cracked open easily not the normal soft donuts that we are used to. We do not normally go to this particular Dunkin.

The services is good, people nice, but no matter what I try the coffee has been mostly bad, I dunno. The kids like some of the donuts

They were really busy and the person who took the order took it while doing other things, misheard my wife's coffee order and made the wrong thing.

This location has been busier and busier as the area has grown and the way they perform as traffic has increased has dropped off drastically. Unless you are getting a fancy coffee, it may be easier to go to the Sunoco next door.

Sunday stopped at 2: 00 pm for 2 cream sticks a 2 iced donuts 6 dollars and change. These were so stale must have been there for more than a couple days. Won’t stop again ever! Done!

During the day service is great going at night before work they're grumpy Don't make the coffee as good as they do during the day and last night no price popped up on the machine outside at the drive-thru so I said it says pay what this says and they made up a number instead

Had to change my review. Multiple times they tell me to pull around to wait for my food. And the person behind me is still waiting at the window when i get my food. It makes zero sense and is just really annoying. Especially when people are in front of me and it seems like they are never told to pull up to wait for their order. Be consistent at least

Why be open 24/7 if you’re always going to act like the customer is a burden every middle of the night. Never anybody else in line and always so slow and act like your breaking their back to order. Last time I had gone they managed to mess up my order not once, not twice, but three times! Honestly it takes some serious skill to mess up that much so props to you.

Jelly donuts hardly any jelly, bland, coffee was old bitter, a lot of coffee grounds on bottom of cup.

It’s crazy to know your store has an “amazing” manager running your store who likes to drive drunk, get a dui, and put others lives at risk. She also likes to hit minors. Hannah Pierce shouldn’t be a manager! Do better! I’ll add a photo of the dui next. I can only put 1 photo at a time.

This Dunkin WAS my go to place. The quality has gone from 10 to 2. I ordered a med hot caramel macchiato. What I got was a warmed up vanilla milkshake. Extremely disappointed and a total waste of money.

My latte was literally cream and flavoring. That's it. The color was literally white.

Probably one of the worse dunkins I've been to. I get nothing bad additude and always have a horrible experience. Not to mention how there always out of everything, especially the donuts.
