Not a single one of the blondes in there can take a order without sounding like they’re hesitating over every word. Make the lattes like 40% foam like how is that even possible and then just add whatever fuckload of sugar into any drink they’re not sure how to make very polite tho.
A daily routine when in town! My daughter loves the frozen macha and I the macchiato with toasted almond!

It's apparently really hard to make a good cup of coffee here. Who knew when it's literally just pressing buttons into a cup? Do yourself a favor and check out one of the local coffee shops near by instead.
I stopped for breakfast and was happy with my purchases. The service was a little slow because it was very busy, so that was to be expected.
This maybe the fastest drive thru ever. My coffee is always good and correct. That’s saying a lot considering everything that involves food now a days is so so terrible. This place seems unaffected and delivers top quality.
If you enjoy dark roast, go somewhere else, just coffee flavored water light roast, terrible. Now that im 30 mins away no point in going back. Take pride young ladies, im your pay check.
Went to Duncan this morning as i have for the last 8 years. A customer came in and had a problem with his order or something. The manager came out and was very unprofessional. I have seen this customer in there for years. I do not know what the problem was, but the manager and staff were very angry, dismisive, and rude. I own several business. These people woould be fired for the way they treated this old man. I will never go to that Dunkin Donuts again, ever.
Customer service is hit or miss. It's really not hard to be courteous. I appreciate those that come to work, but remember no customers.no job Just saying
I have been to hundreds of DD and this one is the best I have ever been to. Great speedy customer service. I would rather drive further to come to this one than a closer one it’s that good.

Good coffee and good for a light meal. I've had trouble with the drive thru wait times in the late afternoon. 15+ minutes some days.
I frequent this location because they always have it together. The drive thru line can be to the street but the line moves quick! The food and drinks are great! Management deserves kuddos for this well run Dunkin!
