Dunkin', Niles OH

I like this location very much. I frequent them for green tea I always get that. Just the way they make it it's better than the ones I had from the store and it's cheap too

Had a free medium coffee Monday. Today was the last one. I asked for one tsp.of sugar only with cream. It was on spot! Thanks to Niles, Ohio Dunkin Donuts!

I usually come here after work just to get a tea or a snack, but at the speaker they keep saying that they can only do doordash and online only since their stuff was updating, it had been almost a whole fudgeing month,

Absolutely terrible experience here, by no other than candy the manager. I came here to get a pumpkin iced coffee and as soon as I tasted it, something tasted very off so I had my sister try it and she said it did too. I pull back around and ask to get a refund or if I could change the drink and pay the difference, the lady told me no and that I must not like there iced coffee, and as I was speaking she cut me off numerous times to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me but remake my drink, as I pull up to the window to get the remake she was throwing object around and cussing while making my drink wrong, as she tried to hand me the coffee I told her it was made wrong as I had asked for extra almond milk and light ice and she proceeded to swear again at my saying she was and I quote “fucking over this” I then asked her name and she refused the first time and I asked again and come to find out she is the manager. I refused both coffees at this point and went to Starbucks.

My husband and I are always at Dunkin and this one is are go to just bc it’s close to home.lately we go and coffee is always wrong and now at night when he goes after 11pm till about 2am if you go up there they are “updating systems and will not serve you! ” To me if you are open 24/7 shouldn’t you be serving 24/7? It’s sad bc we used to love this location and now we have just been going to salts springs bc the service is 100 times better!

If I could I would give them a zero there customer service skill are horrible for someone who works in customer service I would never treat someone how they treated my sister she ordered a large iced coffee, with light ice and pumpkin flavoring she got it as she took a sip from it, it tasted off I had she had me try it said the same thing so she turned around and go back through the drive thru my sister said could she order something different and she would pay the difference or could she get refunded the women said she couldn’t get a refund that she had to order the same drink so she told her her order while my sister is tell this lady her order she continued to cut her off my sister said there’s no reason to be rude about it she finally told her to pull around we get up to the window she goes to give my sister her drink after she told her she wanted light ice the women try to close the windows didn’t close them all the way and was cussing and slamming things around the lady comes to the window at this point my sisters upset and ask for the lady’s name who refused at first, my sister said she didn’t want the coffee anymore and again she asked for the woman’s name who’s name is candy and she is the manager for someone who’s a manager they should be leading by example and her attitude and her customer skills where not up to par I will be contacting corporate about because it was unnecessary how she acted

Just don't go. Customer service sucks! I had a online order and simply went to pick it up while they were busy and staff were extremely rude like its not my fault it's busy. I ordered a egg english muffin sandwich and LITERALLY ONLY GOT A COLD PIECE OF CHEESE ON IT! No egg or anything.

I just want to know how these employees looked at this “hot chocolate” And said yeah we can serve this. It was literally just hot water with whip cream up top. Ridiculous honestly

A closed kitchen at 730 pm Sunday night? After 5 mins waiting for drive thru to respond

Coffee was perfect, service was very fast in the drive thru and the employees were super nice!

I went through the drive through today and ordered a tomatoe pesto gilled cheese and a medium iced coffee i recivced the picture

I always go to this dunkin but tonight was horrible. I usually order online because its easier and alot faster. When I get up to the speaker at the drive thru and say "I have mobile-" the worker cuts me off and I pull up to the window to get the NASTIEST iced lattes. Matter of fact they tasted like the iced coffee. So if u plan on going here do it before noon, the afternoon/midnight staff are incredibly lazy and just want u out of there hair

Came around 7: 30 pm 8/4 and no one was at the store just closed for what? No sign or anything. Way to lose business

Always decent experience going there. Need more blueberry doughnut holes. There always out of them

Always friendly. Sometimes the drive thru line is very long but they get through it as fast as they can. Always good quality

Had Emily 2 saturdays ago around 8: 30.
Was a wonderful employee! Friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks we ordered were amazing! Absolutely a five star for her specifically. Now. We went again this past Friday night around 9pm and some older lady was at the window. We always order iced cappuccinos! We actually asked Emily how they are made! Because sometimes we get them and they are made just like a latte and I specifically do not like that we like the iced cappuccinos for the bubbles and when we got them last Friday the lady had pulled our car, she had no personality. Was very rude. And our drinks were not made correctly! They tasted horrible. They were not blended and we could tell. My boyfriend went back inside and asked for them to be remade and she was rude as well about that like we were bugging them and said “well you have to wait because I have to get these floors mopped”. We were on our way somewhere on a time schedule and she made us late. So we realize that our drinks are not made correctly simply because your workers are too lazy to go to the blender! And very rude. These people need fired. Absolutely disgusting customer service awful worker. And very lazy! Emily on the other hand, we need more workers like her!

The year is 2003. You walk into a sketchy hotel on the wrong side of town to find a bathroom. The air is hazy and full of the stale cigarette smoke from the decade before. “Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes seeps out from the boom box in the corner. You can barely make out the circular pattern in the faded carpet beneath your feet as you walk carefully over to the receptionist counter. You take in your surroundings. The only other person in the lobby is an older gentleman slouched in a chair in the corner, his hat pulled over his face. You assume he’s asleep. You ring the bell. A young woman emerges from the back room. Her low rise jeans and sequined camo bandana top catch you off guard. She stares at you without a word, popping her chewing gum.
“I was hoping to use your bathroom. ”
She rolls her eyes and pulls a ruler out of the desk. The key swings from the end. She hands it over to you.
“Thank you. ”
She ignores you, staring out the window and into the distance.
You turn around trying to locate the bathroom. You can barely make out the male and female symbols next to a scratched up wooden door. You make your way over. A smell catches you off guard. It’s coming from the small coffee maker in the corner next to the restroom. You approach trying to unravel the mystery behind the offensive odor. The nearly black liquid inside of the pot is more viscous than you ever thought possible. There’s something floating there on top. It’s a cigarette butt. You wince and proceed to the restroom. On your way out you notice a woman walk in with a familiar brown visor. An emblem on the top reads “DD”. She strolls over to the coffee pot beside you and pours the contents into a thermos, cigarette butt and all. The pot sizzles as it’s placed back onto the warmer. She smiles at me and turns away. She’s gone just as quickly as she had arrived. You ponder on what you just witnessed as you return the ruler to the reception desk. The receptionist is no where to be found. Maybe you imagined her. You’re not sure. This is a strange place. You leave hoping never to return.

Years later as you are running late to your 9-5 office job you stop for a large iced coffee to help get you through the monotonous grind of daily living. As you take your first sip you are instantly transported back to the sketchy motel lobby. The coffee pot in your hands.

You had never left.

It depends if they actually have people smarter than the average speed bump but shout out to the bakers doughnuts are always good hit or miss with drinks depending on employees
