I have to say they are hands down the best DD around I live by 3 and I got out the way to go there and even though I wait can be long it's worth it they have the best worker there there nice funny and kind I would know I go there every day like 9 out of 10 days in a row

Always friendly and (in my experience) the service has always been good.

I just wish that corporate would bring back the cake batter coffee.

Be nice if us VEGANS could have some eggless non dairy vegan donut options. I’d be happy with one vegan doughnut option preferably with chocolate ontop thanks.

I Order a macchatio butter pecan flavor. It was terrible. I called the manager and she told me to come back whenever in the area. She did make good and it was delicious. I can't remember her name but I think Alexis.

Constant issues and customers being turned away even though they are open. Today I was told that they could not open the drawer.

At 4am there was one associate. There were like 7 cars in the drive thru at one time and she was really struggling. I told her she was a doing a great job even though she made everything wrong. She was very very sweet and 1. Should be recognized for her trying her best and 2. They should definitely make sure more than 1 person is an the restaurant at a time. Thank you

(Went into the store due to possible vehicle height restriction.) Was waited on by a new employee who was flawless in every aspect, but was evident only when I overheard her ask another how to make a drink. (Better to ask than to be wrong for the customer- the result was absolutely consistent with DD's standards.)

They are always ready to create an awesome coffee drink, but sadly never enough donuts MORE PLEASE!

Normally wouldn't post this on here but they were very unprofessional! I went in for a interview, They had no idea who I was. They give me an application to fill out. I take about 10 minutes to fill it out, I come up to the counter and this lady says you can leave and they'll be in touch tomorrow. I explained I was expecting an interview, She goes hold on, and comes back and says oh the manager had to leave she'll call you tomorrow. I never got a call the next day. I wait until the day after and I call up never got any answers just call back for another manager tomorrow. I never called back! I went out of my way to show up for a scheduled interview, I passed 3 other DD on my way and these people didn't even treat me with common courtesy! Did not give me any explanation, not a single call! I have never had a prospective job do this before and it was by far the most disappointing interview I have ever experienced! Very very disrespectful! This was on Thursday June 9th 2022!

I use to love this store. Had a very long weekend looking forward to my coffee I always order with no cream and make sure it’s repeated back. Today the lady on the headset caught an attitude because she said my order back but didn’t say anything about the cream so I kindly said “an no cream” obviously that was too much to say, hunny if you hate your job this much go somewhere else so you don’t ruin other peoples mornings.
