Drive thru always seems to get the food faster than indoor customers
The ‘’manager’’ Margarett Jensen is terrible and rude. Told a customer to never come back, degrades people too. She isn’t a people person and seems to bring her home life to work and bleed her unhappiness on others!
Save you're TIME & MONEY. Don't expect anything quick. Wait times average 15-30 minutes minimum. Service is very inconsistent.
They have been getting worse on service including being super slow. And always messing up my drink and other people I have talked to say they mess up they're drinks too.
I hate to say it because I used to love this location but it has went downhill horribly in the past year. I’m an avid cold brew drinker and for the past few months it has been tasting burnt…. That is very strange for a cold brew.
I’ve only ever had that taste with iced coffee (cold coffee lovers know the difference). Seems suspicious
Slowest drive thru known to man everytime the wait is atleast 30 minutes with maybe 3 cars ahead! One time there was no cars ahead and I still had a 25 minute wait!
My drink order was wrong but I said it was fine then they gave me half my food order when I called to get a refund I was told they couldn't refund a card over the phone I went back said I'd just get what was missing. The line was long and the inside wasn't open I called twice when I went back no answer. Honestly who wants to wait in a long line again for a mistake they made.
I have visited this place 3 different times and they have been out of donuts! This morning at 10 Am waited in line 10 minutes for them to tell me they are all out of every donut! There was a long winding line of cars, there should be a sign “NO DONUTS “ so everyone can be on time for work!
Is this really a donut shop?
This establishment needs to get its s*it together! They have no listening skills and no sense of urgency. Corporate needs to come in and retrain the people they hired so customers aren't waiting for an hour in line!

Very, VERY slow. Plan on waiting in the drive through for a min of 5 min. Same for the inside. Have had to give up and leave multiple times so I could get to my next place on time.
If you have extra time to wait, then go for it.
They have a sandwich called tomato basil grilled cheese it is so good and I can get Expreso there in my coffee try out the sandwich is very good don't think you will be disappointed
This place is so slow. They just took 20 minutes to do one order and hadn’t taken any one else’s order. They are understaffed, overworked, underpaid, and don’t know how to do their job. The staff is not the friendliest and they do not ensure that the products they give are of good quality before they give it out. They also commonly mess up orders. It seems that they have one person working right now. Taking orders one at a time. Small orders should not take 15 minutes to complete. It should not take more than 5-10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. However, I was in line for 45 minutes taking up my entire lunch break when I was only third in line behind people who had short orders. I understand staff changes can be difficult to adapt but it has been like this for a few months now. Disappointing.
Slowest drive thru in history drive thrus. Waited 45 minutes today. I come to this location every couple of months and same issue each time.
Service sucks they have 3 people in and they are doing orders one at a time and I have been line for 30 min for two coffees absolutely ridiculous
I go to my Dunkin every day. I understand they are extremely short staffed (hey have a hiring event?). But this is so bad. Most days dining room closed. Sunday almost totally out of donuts, literally. Past "3" Mondays app won't let me mobile order to receive my 100 pts towards free drink. Come on Higher ups FIX the problem. Hire more workers, stock your donuts, open your dining room and fix the.app.
Alexis needs a raise! She has the best customer service and my coffee is so good! Best coffee ive ever had from dunkin.she was the only one running the store too, and im amazed at how fast she made our drinks.im even considering working there because of her.amazing energy!
Slowest place I’ve ever been on a consistent basis. I live nearby and would like to like this place. But I know I’m in for at least a 45 minute ordeal every time I just want coffee.
This place was jammed - the drive thru, the lobby, and they kept everyone moving and everyone was super friendly! Ample parking for everyone.
Not sure what happened here. I always order a decafe frozen coffee but today I was told that option is not available. I will now head back to my regular coffee spot
