Dunkin', Kettering OH

I asked 2 questions and then ordered my coffee. Got to the window for them to be extremely rude and condescending. And gave me the wrong coffee.

No service at the counter; 5 staff all working the drive-up. Had to ask for help and then I was treated very rudely. In spite, I paid a $1.00 tip on a $5.82 bill. The clerk said “you paid a $1.00 too much. ”. I replied that it was a tip. His reply, oh. He put the $1 in the tip jar with not a word of thanks.

Please add the chocolate croissant back to the Door Dash Menu. It was my favorite thing to order in the morning while working. Thanks

I highly recommend going in and getting the coffee yourself at this location and not ordering through the app. They don’t follow directions and if you ask for cream you will still get black coffee.

I go here almost every day and always order the same thing however, it is never served the same way. Some days it is perfect then some days it’s all basically milk. They should definitely work on consistency.

Chaos slowed the place down a considerable bit. The managers and workers seemed frazzled and unorganized. My donut order had to be exchanged since it came out incorrect.

I'd try it again, but hopefully our experience changes for the better.

Parking lot was SO packed, I almost didn't stop in. Only ONE person in the lobby (?). Maybe it was training day.as there were a TON of employees. Dirty restroom, and lobby. Got one donut. Wasn't fresh.nor did it taste good. I didn't finish it.

Got a dozen Donuts 10 of them were dry and stale most of them had no flavor was highly disappointed, I’ll be shopping with other donut places from now on I would have been better off going to the grocery store & getting them in a box

My first time every ordering from a Dunkin and the lady was very nice. I did not catch her name but I think she was a white smaller woman wearing glasses. Although it was late and they were out of a good few things she was very helpful and I was able to get a good selection of 's.

Stale & bland poor customer service, drive they cashier said she couldn’t find my order & asked abruptly if I was at the right location after telling her again she found it

The staff is always amazing and I typically do not have any issues with products. Even when wrapped around the building I am always willing to wait because they are quick, friendly, and always delicious. The only problem I ever have is the customers that can't seem to drive in the parking lot. Great work!

The food was alright, but my husband got the hash browns and they were kind of cold and soggy. I ordered the vanilla chai latte and it was so bland. I ended up going back in and getting the spiced chai latte because the first one just tasted like bland iced coffee, no chai at all. Also the customer service wasn't that great to be honest, I said have a good day when I left and no one even responded. That was alittle rude.

Dunkin needs a prereading order board at the drive thru so when in line customers can see what they want. The way it is now the customer has to decide when they pull up to order which can take for ever. The customer has to look over the menu to see what everyone wants. I was in line for 20 minutes today because of this. The cars were wrapped all the way around the building. It was crazy.
