Dunkin', Sandusky OH

After waiting 20 minutes past scheduled pickup time of an order instead of helping me, the staff member told me that I had to get in line which was out the door to get a donut instead of communicating to the girl at the counter that I needed a donut. I realize it's very difficult to put pre-cooked food into a heated toaster oven and pick pre-made donuts off off of a shelf and put them in a box. But the whole point of order ahead is to get your food at the pickup counter and not watch as five or six people who came in after you arrived well after your pickup time come in place orders and get their food first. I know. I know one coffee, four hash browns and one donut are in almost insurmountable goal to achieve, but come on. Let's get it together a little bit, maybe ladies.

Once again if this dunking and they screwed up some ladies order and the manager was being super unprofessional of noxious and patronizing and talking over the customer like this place is a joke

This was the crispiest Dunkin drink I’ve had in a hot minute. From the ice to the sweetened flavor was perfectly executed. The barista put everything she had into my drink and it was a delightful experience. 10/10 will be here again whenever I visit Sandusky

I wonder if everyone is new over here or they’re under trained? Because there’s no coordination between employees.
Firstly, Young girl who takes orders know nothing what kind of bagels they do carry and punches wrong orders instead of my everything bagel she punched plain bagel.
They doesn’t follow any sequence or they never look into the order details which they need to prepare I guess. We ordered 4 coffees, they gave one coffee at start and we need to go and ask for each coffee again and again. They don’t look into details or they never check out for a total receipt to complete. Everyone is clumsy, for one customer they’ll give coffee, for another they’ll give food if something is not given to you need to beg them multiple times to get even then they don’t want to look into your order receipt they’ll ask you how many cream? How many sugar etc… come on guys are you kidding? What kind of customer service is this?
Not even done! Ordered for everything bagel which is not even cooked (white in colour) they haven’t baked it they put butter on raw bagel and handed it to me. The middle age lady who is inside did my bagel. I can report to health ministry about these kind of stuff. Without even cooking you guys are serving food which is not following health hazard.
Owner need to look into these issues otherwise your store will close very soon.

I want to report immediately in the store itself after the disaster bagel, but husband garbaged everything and dumped into garbage and pulled me out because we don’t to spoil our day on our vacation anyways you people already spoiled our morning with a pathetic service and terrible breakfast. These guys actually deserve negative ratings!

Love donuts. But not from here. House of Donuts is much better with lots more filling. Just my opinion.

Manager is still as rude as ever! And its so extremely slow your guaranteed to be late for work!

I have been going to this Dunkin' for a while now and most experiences have been alright, however I recently came in for a walk-in mobile order and was greeted with a "are you going to order something or just stand there because I've got work to do" while standing in the mobile pickup area. I didn't say anything because I figured that staff member was having a hard day, but MAN did I want to. My most recent mobile order (today) was a bacon, white cheddar and fried egg on a croissant. Somehow I ended up with a bacon wake-up wrap. I paid $5.19.for a wake-up wrap. I don't understand how one messes that up.ridiculous.

Always backed up.long wait. Drive-thru is ridiculous. The building is Toooooo small for the crowd they have

I am not a complainer. But when I come to this Dunkin’s at least 3 times a week ordering the simplest coffee, it somehow always ends up wrong. They either put granulated sugar in my coffee (very crunchy drink might I add) or simply forget caramel syrup (it’s just a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar) I get mad. I went straight to the one on 250, Milan road, and they gave me a free one because you guys are just unbelievable there. Sometimes it’s good and it’s done right. I am just tired of driving to the one farthest away on 250 for a properly made, simple drink.

Double double coffee drinking since I was old enough to buy coffee. Still getting my kids donuts with sprinkles.

This is one of the very few times i leave a review. I worked in food my whole life and I understand mess ups. They got both coffees wrong. One of which we didn't order and the other was just black coffee with a scoop of ice. But they forgot the ice. Which was no deal. When we brought up the messup.the lady at the window gave an attitude. I asked for the ice. And she said we don't do add-ons at the window. There was no one behind us in line and it was a mess up. Honestly the reviews for here are bad. I should've looked before coming. Never again. Do yourself a favor and just go in the gas station for coffee or different dunkin.

Me and my boyfriend went in to use our gift cards we got for Christmas. We ordered a half dozen of donuts and two of the sweet black pepper bacon sandwiches and the Male employee asked "just the bacon? " And I reiterated, "no, the sandwich, " as in, the egg, the cheese, and the bacon. When he got our donuts, only one hand was gloved. It made us uncomfortable, but we didn't say anything. Then when our sandwiches came up, it had just bacon on them. I took both of our sandwiches back and asked for it to be corrected. The Male employee then YELLED at me, "I asked you four times! " To which I once again just reiterated that we wanted the sandwich. He continued to yell at me and I said that I did not want to fight. He just kept yelling at me til I started crying. My boyfriend had to help calm me down.our sandwiches came out just fine. Bacon seemed a lil undercooked but besides that it was just soured by our experience. I truly don't mean to be a cruel customer, I want to be respectful just as I would with anyone. But this was unacceptable. I've never had anyone, especially an employee yell at me to the point of tears. I hope this dunkin fixes this, because I don't want anyone else to go through this, too.

Customer service was atrocious! All I wanted was a coffee and a few donuts. I don’t really go to Dunkins as well as forgot my glasses so I couldn’t really see the menu. I tried asking a few questions about the menu but apparently that was a huge inconvenience for her. I ordered a frozen coffee and it tasted absolutely awful. The two doughnuts I had were not so great as well. I’ll stick with making coffee at home, save your money people or go to Starbucks, this Dunkin’s isn’t worth it!

Male employee was very rude this morning. They were short handed and clearly upset and rude. The male employee actually cussed at me when I said I was picking up my order. Other customers were in shock as some had young children with them. They walked out also Never again will I visit a Dunkin Unbelievable
