UPDATE. 10/27/23 9am drive thru is still closed smh seems new management is even worse.update MONTH LATER it's 530 And nobody here even drive thru is closed. Says it opens at 4am inside sign says 5am to 4pm well it's 5: 15 and manager isn't even here to open but three employees are here.this place lacks a good leadership. 4/8/23 this was my last hopes it's 730am and they refuse to open drive thru which force people to walk in guess I'll stick to Starbucks

I personally think Dunkin has the best coffee available. There was a line at the store, but it moved efficiently. I did notice a team member being conscientious about sanitation when handing food. My husband was impressed by the food options, as well as the total being a fraction of what it could possibly have been at McDonald’s.

Service was terrible. The cashier had an attitude problem and she made me wait 5 minutes to order food. When I got it it was cold. I asked her to reheat my food and she accused me of having an attitude problem. As she walked away with one of the items that was cold. I asked her to come back. At this time the manager came up there and had an attitude while she called herself trying to rectify the situation. I order snaking bacon and hash browns they were both cold. Having previously worked at Dunkin Donuts I have never been served either of those items cold. When the young lady brought my food back she threw it on the counter and walked away. I asked her what was her problem and why she threw my food. At which time I consulted the manager of the pilot gas station for assistance. I came in for food I didn’t come in for bad service and attitude problems. I’m a professional driver. I expect to be treated with the same respect that I give. I will not return. I do not recommend any one dine or purchase food from this location.

Waited over 10 minutes at the speaker before I was greeted. They were out of the breakfast burrito ok fine, I ordered a
croissant instead, they were out! I ended up leaving with a donut.

They don’t accept gift cards or rewards points which is annoying!

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. Decided to try inside. We ask what’s on the breakfast sandwich and her response was “I literally don’t know. ” Instead of going and checking. The lady says she doesn’t know how to make any coffee as well I think this girl just walked in here and said she works here. She couldn’t find anything on the screen when we were ordering. She made our coffee and didn’t put almond milk like I asked and then laughed about it like we haven’t been here for 45 minutes. This place is going downhill fast

Blonde girl with the bun taking my order at 8-18 wearing a subway shirt and jeans on the drive thru was very rude when taking our order kept cutting us off did not sound peppy & we had a bigger order and she kept cutting us off before we were done. Sorry we’re inconveniencing you by ordering from your business.

Stopped at this location at 4: 20pm on a Friday. Drive thru had orange cone placed at entrance so obviously no cars allowed. Went inside and the person working was cleaning the machines and told me they now close at 4pm. Apparently this is a constant issue with this location as previous reviews show. As a result, I will never come back here again. Instead I will drive a few miles south and go to the one located in Monroe OH.

Poor management when you can't get a cup of coffee at 3: 30 in the afternoon. And you're open til 8pm? What for?

maps says they are open now, made a special trip since this is the only location that opens earlier than 5. Here at 4: 22am and there are plenty of donuts and employees working but was rudely turned away and told they open at 5: 00 am like the other locations. Disappointed and won’t try this location in the future.

5 stars for the subway, Dunkin donuts and the front cashier but when I was in my shower the guy cleaning my shower knocked on my door and asked me how I got in I told him the app and he told me no you didn't like I stole the shower lol. What a joke. I guess I'll just keep going cause if this place has shower theft lord knows what might happen when I'm in the parking lot

They are never open during posted business hours. Went today at 5pm, posted hours listed show they are open until 8pm. As I get out of my car to go in, since the drive thu is also never open, an employee sitting in his car smoking tells me that they are closed. This has happened on every occasion that I have gone to this location in the past year.

They asked me if I wanted my latte hot or iced so I said hot. I pulled up and it was ice cold… was it sitting there forever or what happened? How did you give me cold espresso?

Store is closed before 7 pm. Traveling what a disappointment that stores can't find enough people willing to work so travelers can have their favorite brews
