Dunkin', Mentor OH

I've gone to this Dunkin' frequently over the years and it's fantastic. Management / staff has always been very kind and friendly. The coffee and food is consistently great. I highly recommend this Dunkin'!

We come here a few times a week after our run to grab coffee and occasionally a bite to eat.
The coffee is always hot and delicious.
The staff is fantastic and always greets us by name.
I highly recommend this location.

Warning! The lady made my food without gloves. Gross. Warning! $5 for a burnt bagel with 1/3 cream cheese. And no gloves. GROSS.

This place is a joke. Wait in line forever, their screen to view what you want to order is not even working then they tell you when you get to the window that they only take cash. Then to top it off their door is locked so you can’t even go inside. Take a few extra minutes and go to the one on mentor avenue. This place is poorly ran and completely mismanaged

I'd like to be able to change my review someday. Coffee for my 5 year old twice instead of hot chocolate, and I drink the same latte several times a week, it's coconut milk. I've stopped going to the one by the mall certain days already. I'm not coming back to mentor on the lake until I see a staff change. I'll drive two cities away before I goto this one. The girl actually seemed to make a point of screwing up. My latte machine is warming up as we speak.

The service over the last couple of years has dramatically declined. I ordered to frozen coffees today that were watery and discolored, when I returned the drinks I was met with very rude and nasty responses when asking for a refund. Eventually my card was snatched from my hand by the associate conducting the refund and when I requested the name of the individual and the name of the manager the young lady at the window refused to give me the information. From the nasty customer service to receiving stale and burned food I will never return to this location.

I received excellent service today I ordered a latte and I got it cold but I wanted it hot and the team member whose name I didn’t get graciously remade it for me. Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Just another reason to love this location.

This is a private ownership Dunkin and every-time I go my drink is made wrong. The avocado toast is cold when I received it. Charge you 1$ extra for every add on. Don’t waste your time

Everything my wife goes there the order is wrong. Well today was another first. Ordered a dozen munchkins, got home to have some and there was only 10! Employees can't count to 12? ! Wow.

Often botched the order, with some challenging language barrier with some of the staff. Often out of common items, but is also incredibly busy and does relatively well all things considered.

So I went through the drive-through this morning and the lady at the window didn’t even tell me good morning or hi, how are you? Didn’t say nothing to me that is not great customer service at all and then when she handed me my change back, she didn’t say nothing literally absolutely not a single word the whole time I was at the window. I just had the worst experience ever this morning with getting my coffee and I will probably never go back to this Dunkin’!

Coffee was made wrong so I humbly requested to have it remade all they did was pour the label off of my same coffee and then gave it right back to me like I wasn't going to notice. This location needs some retraining

Constantly out of stuff. Once a week, I try to get my daughter a donut after school & every single time, they are out of most options.

Terrible customer service. Coffee is hit or miss but recently its been tasting very sour. Food is usually burnt. Dont waste money or your time going here.

Coffee was good as always, fast service, oven was too hot and my breakfast was burned. That’s the first it’s happened though, I’ve visited many times before and it’s my favorite local Dunkin.

I have been going to this Dunkin for 3 years every day with my dog. Of course they spoil my dog. The customer service staff goes beyond customer service. I feel like family. Me and my dog love it here!
