Donuts are always hard. Frosting on donuts is always super thin and they put the slightest amount of cream in the cream filled.

Don’t work here it’s a scam I worked there and it’s been a month and they still haven’t paid me they say that I’m lying and got paid because if I didn’t it would of bounced back to them and to call my bank but they didn’t send anything. There’s no way even my bank said they didn’t pay me and gave me my bank statement to give to them, now there not answering the phone. Don’t work here unless you don’t want to get paid

Just super rude and uninviting. Girl put her hand in the whipped cream then handed me the drink. Never have had a good experience at this location. Would leave no stars if I could.

Services was very disturbing. I hate the food they don’t listen I said, give me hot chocolate with caramel they gave me double chocolate I don’t recommend them at all. Night Shift auto be fired.

The inside of this Dunkin location was small, but there were plenty of drink and food options. I also love and appreciate the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day!

There is a small area inside of this Dunkin that has a fireplace that is perfect to just watch it and catch up with friends.

I bought a half a dozen of glazed donuts all of them were hard and dry I believe it’s because they keep the air conditioning up too high and it ruins the quality of the donuts I ate a half of one and threw the rest away I won’t go back to this location again very disappointing for the Dunkin’ Donuts brand

They messed up our order so bad that I don't even understand how it's possible. The staff was lazy. They were super busy and more than half of the workers were just standing around looking clueless and just talking while the rest were running around trying to catch up on the orders.

I have my puppy with me. And it was a very hot day and he was getting sick in the car. And the manager was there doing paperwork at the table. And she was very understanding with me, and instead of getting upset with me and telling me to get out and that they wouldn't serve me. She allowed me to stand in a doorway. Because there was no customers there to help him get cool. And she gave me a freak upper ice for him. I don't know her name. But she is at least in her 40s. A blonde lady and she needs A raise. As for the customer service, it was very on point and completely as ordered. The poor man behind the counter forgot. What I had asked for ice coffee or frozen coffee, And instead of just assuming he actually came and asked me if I had ordered one of the other so for him, he gets 5 stars 2. He knows who he is. I don't know his name again. And as for the guy who accommodated me and with the Pup cup, He was very patient with me. I'm very combinated, he's very polite and even used. Yes, ma'am, no Ma'am. But the girl that was running a window for some reason kept giving me dirty loves and smirking at me for no reason. She, on the other hand has an attitude problem. And I don't think she should be working customer service.

They actually used a spoon and stirred my iced coffee! You hardly ever get anyone that does that usually you’re sucking sugar out of the bottom of your cup but she made it perfect today! Thanks for making my day!

I've tried giving this particular Dunkin Donuts in Campbell multiple opportunities to improve on their customer service but they have failed miserably. Especially the staff at night. Someone needs to hire a manager that can evaluate the staff and fire the ones who don't know how to deal with customer service properly.

Great coffee selection and donuts. The prices aren't too bad either for donuts, although the coffees are a bit pricey.

I’ve been going to get coffee everyday for over a year. Recently they’ve been getting the order wrong. Today I waited in line 20 min. I got yelled at for not ordering at the speaker. Keep in mind they had a sign on the speaker that said broke please order at window. The girl at window was so rude. She cracked the window open barely. I gave her my order twice and slid the money thru the tiny opening. Of course I waited 20 min to get the wrong coffee that went in the trash. Please bring back old staff or hire again.

Every time I go to this Dunkin the wait is never long. My orders are always made correctly and there is one employee that is extremely friendly and always complimenting me and asking how my day is when I come through.

People got to understand at night product is limited because that is when they are making everything getting it prepared for the morning and afternoon and if they prepared extra for the night the night before the food would be too old. But as i became a worker there 4 months ago it made me understand. But there's no reason to be rude to customers, they don't know the situation so best thing to do is to be nice to the customers and explain the situation.
