Dunkin', Sylvania OH

This Dunkin is always hit or miss. It's either great or not so great. Sometimes you get great customer service, sometimes you can't even get an order out without the worker constantly cutting you off and asking, "is that all? " Sometimes you get great coffee, sometimes it isn't made correctly. They often say their grill is down as well and you can't order food. It is a clean facility and recently remodeled. Some workers are super sweet, some not so much. Just kind of wish it was more consistent in all aspects

It's a cute little shop. Took my daughter to pick out doughnuts for her class. Sadly, the staff couldn't smile or even act like they were happy which ruined my daughter's experience. I've been a few times before without my daughter and the staff just aren't friendly overall.

This was the first time we ordered through the app. One of the employee representatives was helpful with us and our order.

As far as Dunkin's go, its fine. However, this location has the absolute WORST parking lot & drive thru. When you try to exit the drive thru, you literally have to make a 3 point turn to be able to safety turn right because of how tight it is. Just a very bad design all around and it's enough to keep me from going.

I rarely go out for much, but was craving a regular cake donut and an ice coffee. 11/10/2023 at 9: 15am I stopped at this location and walked in to find they only had one type of donut there. No pumpkin spice, no any other kind of donut, but they had muffins, bagels and donut holes. I just turned around and walked out. Since not a soul even greeted me. Figured since it is just now just Dunkin and no Donuts because they do not have donuts any more.

Every single time I come to this Dunkin, I get charged for an order that isn’t mine and get told they can’t do a refund. When I worked here I was taught how to do a refund and I’m pretty sure it’s same management so why can’t employees do refunds?

I went to this Dunkin and I was really in a hurry. I went to the drive thru and got my order very quick thanks to Racha and Alyssa. They were so nice!

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel. That's rare because normally there is more then enough cream cheese.

I used the drive through option for my morning much. While the food (1 bagel with cream cheese & 1 bagel with turkey sausage, egg & cheese) were a bit pricy the food was good & enjoyed my morning breakfast

The best Dunkin I have been to. They taste the best, alway busy but super fast and friendly. I do despise their drive through though, such a tight squeeze.

Just went to the drive thru to get some doughnuts. Normally I have a pleasant experience but today the girl who was taking my order was pretty rude. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted and I changed my mind and the girl taking my order had a attitude.

Friendly service and owners. I'm a regular customer and I just have to double check my orders at times.

The iced macchiato is delicious here. This is the best Dunkin' I've been to. They know how to make a good coffee at this location.

Flavors are always off, whether it’s food or beverages. Bland or just taste weird. Under filled drinks is usually an issue for us. Just this location.

Best frozen coffee Hands down! Try the Stone blend coconut, caramel and a shot of expresso! It's 2 die 4!

The coffee was excellent, and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered online, so I didn't have any wait time at all. I was glad that I decided to stop here instead of someplace else

I go here a lot! Friendly people and they are fast. Good coffee and food. Menu has a lot of variety of food.
