Dunkin' Donuts, South Euclid OH

Service was below normal. They where not nice and when we wanted to order our donuts the just gave us a price. We then had to remind them we had to choose and then they said we don't have a lot of options to choose from. When then had to ask what they had available. They gave us an attitude about answering our question. Just shocked. Hopefully we will get better service next time.

All I want to say is Kathy thank you for helping me out with my delivery order for Postmates you did a spectacular job and thank you for everything you did and the guy that helped me out I appreciate what he did as well you guys did a sensational job and Postmates and Brooke thank you

Absolutely the worst Dunkin on the East side. I've been here numerous times and have given them plenty of chances. I've complained to corporate and they said they would take care of it. Clearly nothing happened. Went back for the first time today in a month and nothing changed! Drinks constantly are wrong along with any type of customization to sandwiches if you order through the app and even in store! I'm done with this location entirely. Go somewhere else!

Messed up my order, didn't have e any wraps so gabe me a bagel, charged me an extra $1.25 for cream cheese and said the only condiments they had were ketchup. Poor customer service as well

Flies crawling all over the cookies, terrible lazy "I'm tired and don't want to be here"customer service. Order came out wrong and was fixed modestly quick. The prompt service was likey the best part of my shopping experience here.

They didn't have ANYTHING ready, they didn't have ice cream, cups, spoons, DONUTS. It was awful.

Fresh, never stale donuts. Just ran out of what I wanted. But that just means business is going great.

I've sworn off ever getting a properly toasted bagel from here but I can't complain about the donuts. They do tend to run out a lot during the day and have trouble keeping up with supply. A bonus though is it's paired with a Baskin Robbins so ice cream is always an option.

Not a very good atmosphere to be a customer or employee. Doesn’t have orderly conduct nor workers who have good customer service.

They have ice cream at this location. Great shakes and other concoctions! Large chain donuts. Prefer boutique shops.

Ordered food and it Took 10 minutes and order was wrong. Then when confronted employee, she is rude and unaware of different types of food they have. Legit had to ask a coworker what a sesame bagel was. Even though there was a sign. Would suggest better training for employees. Maybe a lesson on basic types of bagels.

Omg. Don't eat here. I just left and the food tastes as if it was cooked in a dirty skillet. The only thing that was edible was the coffee.

The short light skinned late night female worker could use an attitude adjustment. It is sad because I love Dunkin and I know her attitude did not represent the restaurant chain that night via the drive thru.

Nice chill out spot! They have 3 USB device charging port by seating area near both door. They also have outdoor seated umbrella area.

I just called and asked to speak to a manager. The young lady asked me to hold and put the phone down on the counter. Not an actual hold. I could hear everything. She never came back or whomever the manager is. I kept saying hello. I hung up after 15min. Of course when I tried to call back its busy because the phone is off the hook!

They can do better I still don't like how their donuts are exposed to open air where bugs can get it, it's 2018 and they still haven't figured it out, I can't even buy a fresh French cruller because its always dried out and stale etc.

Not a very good Dunkin Donuts in Solon. Always give you a hard time about using a coupon for 99 cent coffee. Donuts are stale

The coffee and donuts are garbage. The employees in the afternoon are very rude, and have no order accuracy what so ever. I do not like going to this dunkin especially in the evenings

The Cedar Center location has traveled speedily downhill like other fast food businesses in the area. I dislike dirty fingernails and people who handle money AND fix coffee because money is full of germs.

Hit or miss on the donuts. Sometimes the donuts and/or munchkins I get are dry or old from sitting out too long. Other times, the donuts are delicious and can even last a couple of days.

The coffee is overpriced though and obviously this is with all Dunkin Donuts. $1.99 for a "small coffee" - tiny sized coffee - is crazy. There is a McDonalds just up the road that sells it for much less and if you use the McDonalds app, you can get any sized coffee for $1. Heck, there is a Get Go across the street that sells the coffee much cheaper and it is just as good.

The employees were friendly and the service was quick though. It is in a nice location so I do stop here every now and then out of convenience.
