I wanted to take some time to compose a helpful review for those people on a limited budget, who are faced with the formidable challenge of purchasing a quality used car. After spending hours of time online and travelling to dealerships, looking through myriads of used cars that have seen much better days, and experiencing the discouragement of cars of interest priced out at the equivalent of a down payment on an aircraft carrier, I happened, by chance, to come across " Dunn Brothers Premium Auto. "

I read the sales description of my car of interest and made an appointment to take it for a test drive. Nothing out of the ordinary as I had done this on numerous occasions without any success, but when I arrived at the lot and took one look at the vehicle, both my wife and I gazed in stark disbelief; I couldn't believe this was the car that was being sold for well under our $10,000 budgeted amount. Not only did it cosmetically look stunning, but the car performed beautifully and was laden with so many unexpected features that we were immediately sold. Never having had a great poker face, I knew that Matt realized he didn't have to perform any sales pitch; the car had sold itself. He just smiled.

Nonetheless, Matt still agreed on the price I offered him. We zipped through the purchase process and I was ready to drive the car home the following day; however, Matt felt the wheels needed to be fixed around the edges where the luster had faded, so we postponed the pickup date by one day. I know that taking care of the wheels was money out of his pocket; that's integrity.

A couple days later on our first out-of-town excursion, we noticed that the engine seemed to be slightly misfiring as we drove up a hill. The next day I called Matt. He instructed me to bring it in and he'd have his mechanic take care of it. The problem turned out to be one bad sparkplug, needing to be replaced; however, Matt decided for reassurance to have all 6 sparkplugs replaced. Matt covered the total cost, but gave me the bill to hang on for my personal records. Total repair cost was not cheap.

My car experience with Dunn Brothers served as a defining moment. It's always tough to find a fair-minded dealership, but even tougher to find a privately-owned used car dealer with integrity and quality cars. I don't know if "down the road, " I will, once again, be in the market for a used car. But I do know;, if that does happen, the first place I'm going will be Dunn Brothers Premium Auto. It's my best chance to get "champagne for beer prices. " If you're currently in the market for something similar to what I was looking for, I recommend to you; save yourself a lot of time and trouble and do the same.

Having just drove away with my new ride I am in awe of the great experience I had working with Matt at Dunn Brothers. The whole process was personable and professional. Having had little experience buying a car, Matt and the Dunn Brothers team explained the process and worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted.

We got a really clean car that was just what we wanted. Matt remembered me and the car I wanted from a previous visit. He helped me get comfortable with new car technology and even answered a “help” call at 9: 30p the first night. Great service! Nice people!
