Mike was great! Diagnosed the problems with out Bosch range, repaired it quickly and was very transparent in explaining what the problem as and what was needed to make the repair. And, he was very patient with our dog Hunter who was interested in what was going on. Thanks Mike!

Loved everything about Durochers from sales with Kathryn to Stephen who did an excellent job of installing the new dishwasher and throughly checking everything before he left.

Sales personnel were friendly and helpful. Delivery guys were friendly, courteous and respectful. Everyone did a terrific job. Highly recommend them! We love our new refrigerator!

The guys did a great job delivering my new refrigerator and dishwasher. They were very careful, removed all the packing and tape. They connected the waterline to the refrigerator and made sure everything was working. I am installing the dishwasher myself. They uncrated both appliances before they brought them in my house and Halle’s everything away.

A great experience from working with the salesman to the delivery crew. We bought an outdoor refrigerator from them and found they were very competitive in pricing and easy to work with. We also found their delivery service was excellent. There delivery app kept us informed of where we on their schedule as well as updating arrival times. Upon delivery we had a small issue with a couple of dimples on the stainless steel door. In calling the store a talking with Kevin, the manager, he was able to correct our to resolve our issues to our satisfaction. High praise for every aspect of our experience.

I don’t think I’ve ever gave a low star/review on a business ever but I was so disappointed in how Durochers handled our last purchase. My entire family buys their appliances from Durochers but will probably think twice now about going there. My husband and I furnished our entire new build with Durocher appliances. Our washer we got, didn’t work as soon as we received it, a tech came out and said it looked like a refurbished model…when we were under the impression it was new. We contacted our sells rep and he was unwilling to replace washer completely. After spending so much money, we were disappointed with them not replacing the washer completely. I love to support small businesses but unfortunately we took our business to Lowe’s. I will say all of our other appliances we received from there, we have had no problem with.

In-store customer service is good. Once you order, pay the down payment, it's all down hill after you walk out the door. My appliances took 4 months to arrive.no fault of Durocher's, but I got no updates, no notification of additional time for delivery. Once delivery took place, I received no owners manual and other accessories were omitted. When I called to inquire, I was not happy with my salesman's lack of concern for this error. It's been 5 weeks and I still have not received the accessories. Not real impressed with this company.
