I am so glad that I had this firm as my lawyers, for my Disability case. I retained DGM&S back when I first got denied. They worked hard to stay in touch and and keep me informed on my case. Now I have my disability, I am so happy with the results. I would hire them again, and highly recommend them to all!

1st hired for a car wreck it has taken over a year and have to keep constantly calling and checking on more info needed. 2nd got attacked by a dog told same lawyer about it he took the case then on the day the other party went to court he didn't bother to show up yet sends me a bill after I fired him. I would highly Not recommend Ever getting Dyer Garofalo Mann or Sgultz. Go with Peterson and Peterson.

My experience with Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz was amazing! I can't thank Attorney Ken Ignozzi enough for everything he did for me. I was in a car accident and the other driver totaled my car and I was hurt physically and I will probably never be the same. However, I was in such good legal hands, and Ken Ignozzi certainly held my hand the entire way. He was so professional, so very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I thought the legal process was going to be a mess but it wasn't at all for me - because I had a top notch attorney and I'm extremely grateful! I was bitten very badly by a dog on the job, I went in and was treated with respect, dignity, friendship, and care. I am such a wildcard on emotions and situations that I procrastinated getting back to them for an entire year and that was all me, a year later and I had still not stopped receiving correspondence even after that long of silence on my end. When I thought it was too late they snapped right back how they acted in the beginning; caresmatic and respectful. They are so intelligent and responsible and it took a lot less time then I thought it would to recieve a very decent settlement even after all that time waiting. If I ever have another scenario like this I will call them without hesitation.

I went to the Piqua location and was made all kinds of grand promises about my worker's compensation case. They handed my case off to Plevin & Galucci and nothing ever happened. I've had to have surgery because of my injury and am in pain all day, every day and they tried to settle my case for $150. I lost my career, my marriage and my ability to function normally on a daily basis. Now, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me and my case expires this month (October 2020). Do not trust these lawyers. They don't care about injured workers, only about the money. I still cannot believe I trusted them. I'll never trust another lawyer because of the mismanagement I've experienced with them.

In 2018 I was involved in an auto accident with someone from Canada who refused to pay for the damages of my car and my medical bills. Matt Notaro and his team helped me not only get my car paid for and medical bills paid for but also helped me to get some extra money on top as well. Matt was professional and patient through the whole situation working with a Canadian insurance agency. I highly recommend!

I was struck by a semi truck, and I went to these guys to help resolve my legal issues. Matt Notaro was assigned to my case and with the help of him and Vicki Robb they helped not only resolve my case, but they even helped find sources for medical care and therapy. Fired Brian Haren and DGMS, for what was in my opinion a gross mishandling of my Personal Injury Case. After speaking with David Marquis about my concerns, and receiving no assistance, I felt it was best to terminate DGMS. In my opinion, you should keep looking elsewhere, not be fooled by the glitzy commercials, and hire a better lawfirm. Otherwise, you'll immediately come to regret the decision.

Poor communication. Good luck getting ahold of attorney. You're a number here not a client.

Brian Haren payed a medical bill at full face value, without my consent, after instructing me in writing the bill would be held. Only to apologize about accidentally paying the bill, then blaming his paralegal, and telling me tough luck.

The response from Dyer (Brian Haren) is nonsense. The 1 star reviews here are an accurate reflection of this firms work. Don't believe me, go ahead and hire them. You'll regret that decision the minute you sign on the dotted line.

I was in a motorcycle accident and decided to use the xenia office because its closer to where I live. Long story short, after about a year I ended up signing a big check from the insurance company. They took all of the money and left me with maybe 5% of that insurance check which was pretty much nothing. Now mind you I was 100% not at fault and told I had some good money coming my way. Looking back, I should have either handled it myself or gone with another law firm.

I feel that the tiger fought for my case. They kept me updated through out my whole process. I highly recommend this law firm, they are just the best.

Very complicated case, since I was involved in two auto accidents within a 3-week time-frame. My attorney, Pierre Tismo, did an excellent job in negotiating both suits. His assistant, Lindsey Donelson, was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. They were always concerned about my physical needs and always treated me with great respect.
