Dynasty Barber Shop & Salon, Cleveland OH

This is not the place to go if you are a new customer. I have attempted to get a haircut from this establishment for the past three days and each time I go in they are booked for hours with appointments. I understand the importance of an appointment; however there is no "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" sign on the door. What is the point of opening at 10: 30am when a new customer can't get a haircut until 2? I attempted to get my haircut today on Sunday and I was told when I sat down that he had a couple of people in front of me. Since there were only two people in the shop it was not unreasonable of me to believe these were the two he was speaking of. NOPE! After they got finished, two more people walked in that were supposedly ahead of me. Now how does that look to a new customer? I have tried for three days to get a haircut from them and each time I was met with this kind of ridiculous business practice. I would not ever recommend anyone go to this business because they do not seem to care about gaining new business. This is supposed to be a barbershop not an exclusive VIP CLUB! Before anyone tries to accuse me of ranting, I am ranting because this is totally stupid. You must make time between your appointments for walk ins. My time is just as important as theirs.

I was looking for good dependable barber and I found one Great place down to earth very clean and experienced he got a customer for life. Keep up the good work
