We found the entire experience working with Eads very positive. Barney was extremely helpful answering our initial questions, helping us decide what we needed and keeping us informed. Juan and his team were GREAT! Very professional. Worked hard and did an excellent job with the installation of our new fence. There was a small issue with one of our gates which Juan pointed out to us and said he had the fix, just not in his truck. Said he would come back the next day, which was a Sunday to make it right. We told him to wait till Monday, but he was there Sunday morning and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

We are really happy with our fence! It’s finally starting to feel like home. Justin and his crew showed up and got right to getting the job done. Justin answered all my questions and explained things In a really practical way. They were professional and fast! My yard looks great now!

Great to work with from beginning to end. Marshelle helped me scope my fence repair piece by piece. She was always quick to respond, even outside business hours when needed. Cody and his team repaired my fence and installed a new gate within an hour of ariving. They actually accomplished the job ahead of the date quoted, which is great. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done.

One of our Eads split rail fence gates was damaged by a siding contractor over the summer. We contacted Eads for a replacement gate which arrived quickly but when it was installed, there were a number of issues with it. We talked over the problems that day with the installers and our customer service rep. Eads 100% addressed our issues with a second gate that was installed and we couldn't be happier with the result.

I contacted Marshelle a few months before our pool was installed. We waited and waited for the pool, but once it was in, Eads was over in a few days installing the fence around it. Donnie and his crew were awesome. They made adjustments that were great decisions. The neighbors love the fence. It makes the whole project complete.

Called for repair parts for fence. Explained several times what were needing Amanda had no idea what we were talking about. Finally said we don't have anything like that because she doesn't know about gate latch.

Eads helped to fix a gate and add a gate to our fence even though they did not install the fence in the first place. I had a bad experience with Robinson Fencing and Eads was able to help me in 5 weeks when Robinson could not fix the gate in 7 months! I highly recommend this company.

We moved into a new neighborhood in October and reached out to eads the end of November. Everything went really quick and the fence was completed by Christmas. It was a quick two day process (weather permitted) Brian siefke was our contractor we talked with, I highly recommend asking for him! He walked us through every step of the way! I’m surprised this company doesn’t have 5 stars, because it is definitely a 5 star service!

Eads Fence company installed a cedar "Good Neighbor Fence" for us and we love it! From beginning to completion, our sales rep, Bernie Kruse, walked us through every step of the process, including requirements of survey, permitting, etc. Once the job was underway, he came by to check on progress and we made some enhancements to the scope of the work that we all liked. The installers were technically skilled, polite and on time. We couldn't be happier! Thank you, Eads Fence!

So I had someone come out for a quote that went fine until they texted me and the messages went
Eads fence. Here is your quote $$$$
Me. Thanks but your a little higher then the last company
Eads fence. I emailed you the quote
Me. Ok thanks but no thanks
Eads fence. Might want to clean up the dog s**t before your next estimate. End of text messages. In my opinion that was very unprofessional

Everyone team member is friendly, the prices are competitive, and their products are top notch - they’ll make sure that you’re taken care of from start to finish!

Ordered supplies for fence. Paid 150 to have delivered today. At 1pm still no delivery. I call first took her a bit to even find it. Then puts me on hold comes back tells me a story the delivery driver was injured. I sarcastically told her thanks for letting me know as I took off work and had help show up. She said her desk was a mess and she thought she had called me. She said my maybe tomorrow or Friday. Unbelievable!

We had damage to our fence by a tree falling on it. They are the ones who installed it so I reached out to them for an estimate for a repair. I have called three times and have been told someone would get back to me. I'm still waiting for a call and it's been three months since I placed my first call. Needless to say I am getting the fence repaired by another company. I wouldn't use Eads again since they obviously don't care about their existing customers.

We had our fence put in two years ago. One of our gates got knocked off center from someone hanging on it an swinging. They came out in no time and fixed our gate with no problem. Always pleasant and professional. So happy we decided to go with EADS. Thank you Brian Lehman.

I can't comment on their quality of work, but I called over a week ago and was informed by their office that she would have a sales rep contact me and setup a time to meet and review my fence project. It's been over a week and I have yet to even hear from their lazy sales rep. I will not and would not recommend anyone contact this company for an estimate as they are obviously too busy to contact potential new customers. Horrible business model.
