Jessica and Laura go above and beyond for their tenants! They have both worked so hard to turn this place around in the 5 years I have been here and it's a wonderful community to live in!

Jessica and Laura were great! Laura did such an excellent job explaining my lease terms to me and answering any questions I had. Jessica made sure my apartment was ready promptly. They were very polite and professional. Moving is so stressful but they made it so much easier for me. Thank you ladies!

Out of all the properties, the manager at this specific property, Jessica is one of the best to work with. She is highly organized, efficient, and thorough, as well as polite. Jessica Fox, the Sublet Property Manager has been BY FAR the best landlord I’ve ever worked with. She is SUPER understand and ALWAYS there to help.

She has an assistance (I do not even know her name, not to mention it does not matter) who I would describe as somewhat less than mediocre (which is as nice as I can possibly be).

I'm not taking this down but I have no words for this place it was cool when I first moved in but over the years.

I have been apartment/house hunting and I have to say I have had the best experience with Allisha Bond. Throughout the years I've had to apartment/house hunt I have never worked with anyone as kind and informative as Allisha. Allisha has gone above and beyond and I highly recommend her and these communities.
