This is what I call the scum of the business world, people that don't know how to build businesses that actually help society put up towing companies. Cash only business hmmm I wonder why?

I work closely with this company and I have never had issues. They communicate, effectively and keep you in the loop when needed.
They definitely know their stuff!

I paid $600 to release my semi from your garage, it’s ok I agree to pay it but
You guys should be more professional as a mechanic.
Truck drive-shaft was installed back incorrectly after towing and it cost me $1900 to weld and restore it.
Worse towing service
They don’t care about your property
They only care about a cash to take

My family member received a bill from them for the service they
never ordered. How bizarre is this? FYI, they work in team with another local scam - Phoenix Collision, both are disgrace to local community

I would leave 0 stars if I could, i was in a car accident and was driving a rental car to go home for Thanksgiving, I stopped at my place to pack up my stuff and was towed after being there for less than an hour. I couldn't get my parking pass because it's in my crashed car and the leasing office hadn't opened yet

Overcharged, wrong priced, bad service slow and long wait.costed 203 driver asked for 223 telling me wrong info to release my impounded car.

Only leaving a star to make a review. Drivers don't know how to drive or park. They have the license plate on the back window so you can't see it to call on them when they make illegal maneuvers.

I am going to take them to court, for taking my vehicle and not leaving a communication to say that they were going to take the vehicle. They make these types of scams and it is time for a class action lawsuit to be filed. If you have been affected, write to me so that we can submit it and have these scammers' license revoked.

This place is complete trash. Took my out of state car when there were no signs or restrictions posted. Meathead owner should spend more time polishing the wheels on his tow truck and less time illegally towing vehicles. Must feel on top of the world in a sleezy business.

Eagle Towing illegally towed my friend's car from his place of employment. When speaking with the Manager - he stated that their 2 Star Rating means they are doing their Job. This is not a good business practice or mentality to have. #DoBetter

Worst business model, I drove 5hrs to pick up the towed car that was driven by my son. The bisiness owner claimed that the car owner should show up to release the car even though the nortalized auto recovery and vehicle registratiom doc was sent. Also he said only cash would be accepted, no joke worst experience. Hope you guys wouldn't have a chance to deal with this guy

Thieves they stalk and steal cars unlawfully. Only take cash payments and won’t give change. Wonder if good old Uncle Sam knows their dealings.

They steal cars. Only adding a star to make this review. They are unprofessional and will scream and yell at you on the phone and I’m sure in person. Between the driver and office they have conflicting stories. I was told my car was tagged 24 hours in advance but driver said they don’t tag. They only accept cash when you pick up which is more than when they quote you on the phone, which I’m sure is going straight to their pockets. They do not accept cards I’m sure due to not paying proper taxes. I will be filing a complaint with Hamilton. If you have been wronged by them you should too. They should be held accountable for being a dirty business. I asked them for a recipe and was not provided one. I asked for the picture they took of my vehicle with the tag they put on my vehicle and was told they don’t provide that, but was told on the phone that I would be shown the picture of the tag. There was no tag on my vehicle. They are sneaky and will steal what cars they want. If your apartment complex has a contract with these people I would highly suggest you and your neighbors come together and ask for them to choose another company, a reputable company. I hired another tow truck company to tow my vehicle home and I can not recommend them enough. They were polite, fast, reliable, and reasonable. FM towing llc is their name and I have used them twice now and have had a very pleasant experience both times.

They need. To do there job called twice and they haven’t done shift don’t call them call another towing company

I’ve watched them take cars for no reason at all, the whyte guy with the scruffy beard gets out his car looking at plates and asking people questions, this is MY CAR which is Legal to be parked here so gtfoh! This is the most disgusting car tow place ever.

Let me just say this, Eagle Towing is out here illegally towing cars that have clear and clean license plates. They come into a complex to tow people cars who haven’t even visited for 24 hours yet as their sign says or be towed. My friend came to have a drink with me and less than an hour their car was towed. Please go by your own rules and quit stalking cars to make your business look good. Obviously you can’t get a parking pass on the weekend. People are allowed to have visitors at their homes, without being towed.

Watch out for this company! They are illegally towing vehicle off of private property without the consent of the property owner! Crooks!

Corrupt, crooked, racket looking for cars to tow and then give the owners a hard time to get their car back. Police please shut them down.
