They helped me make calls to car rental companies in the area, and they drove us all over until we found a place where we finally got a car to get us home. If you want your car anytime soon your better off traveling back in time to when it worked.

A good, trustworthy mechanic who knows what he’s doing. He explains things well and doesn’t try to push you to get things fixed that don’t really need it / aren’t urgent.

These guys know cars, they have the skill to match their knowledge and remain upfront and honest. As a single woman I feel comfortable discussing my vehicle with them and have full confidence they are doing the best possible to address the issue/concerns. Reasonable prices but you get what you pay for and they deserve every penny of what they charge!

I recently had to have some work done to my truck. Dan and Wendy at Earl Bros.were wonderful to work with. Dan was very patient with all of my questions and explained the issue and repairs so I understood them. He even figured out a noise in the engine that a dealership mechanic had told me was normal on 3 separate occasions, and what my options and costs would be to have it fixed. The work I did have done cost less than I was expecting and was done quicker than I thought it would be. As an older single female just the thought of car repair and any automotive shop makes me cringe. I had such a positive experience at Earl Bros.in Maumee that I can say that Dan has a new customer for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

I have experienced nothing but excellent professional service every time I have needed any kind of repair or diagnostic work done on my vehicle. Dan is very knowledgeable experienced in auto transmission work to brakes, electrical repair, and more, not to mention very efficient and thorough in caring for your vehicle. They really care about you as a customer and are considerate of your time.

Dan did excellent job, was a little nervous on my estimate was charged diagnostics but after everything was done it was still cheaper than my other estimates and when I paid the bill was never charged the full price, thanks Dan, will never go anywhere else

Very disappointed. I took my Jeep to have an engine light diagnosed, which they told me was a misfire on a cylinder and the coil needed to be replaced. The check engine light returned twice within a week of having it serviced, so I returned it for them to replace the coil again on two separate occasions. Engine light was still on after their additional two attempts, so he suggested I call the dealership to have it diagnosed as a cylinder head issue. I spent $550 to be referred to the dealership who is now (luckily) covering the issue under an extended warranty. Essentially, I wasted $550 to completely bypass the actual problem. In addition, he also suggested I replace all 6 coils when in reality, 3/6 had been newly replaced by a family member in front of my own eyes. Completely took advantage, and shamelessly at that, of a young woman who was attempting to support a local business. Will never go back here!

Took my car in for what I thought was transmission issues. They said "its all good, no transmission issues" i asked them to look into engine lite on dash, after a HUGE bill lite still on and car still not running rite. Ended up at dealership and found out torque converter is bad. You would think transmission shop would have told me that from the start. I called them back and they sounded like they could care less.i wouldn't take my red wagon back to them.all my opinion of course.

Competitive prices for good, honest work. Very knowledgeable staff that has been able to fix everything I've thrown their way with multiple vehicles. The staff is very professional and courteous. They treat you like family. Great job!

The worst experience my husband and I have had. The manager was extremely rude and would not even attempt to work with us.
