After getting multiple quotes for a survey prior to installing a backyard fence, I ended up choosing Easley Surveying, and I'm happy I did! Their price was competitive with other companies, but what really sold my decision was the communication. Right from the first email I got a detailed description of what to expect from the process. Tyler was great at texting to let me know when he would be on the property, and Kevin even called on a weekend to discuss the final findings.

I feel like Easley Surveying went above and beyond to confirm my property lines - there was an inconsistency with one of the pins placed by the original developers, and thay inconsistency continued four houses down. But Kevin and Tyler documented it all for me and clearly explained it, and Kevin made sure I was comfortable with the work before taking any payment. I highly recommend Easley Surveying if you are looking to have your property surveyed!

Kevin was very easy to work with scheduling our survey. On the day of the survey, Tyler was able to get the survey done in a flash and showed me all I needed to know about my property, making the lines clearly marked and showing me where some permanent markers were located. I ended up having a bit more property than I originally thought! Kevin then provided me with my plat drawing that I can reference for future use. Payment was made easily through an online portal. I highly recommend using this company for your survey needs!
