4We saw Dr Jessica Williams last night and she was WONDERFUL! My son is on the spectrum and she was so sweet to him. She did a strep test and he didn’t even cry or need to be restrained. She is that good and fast! Best experience so far!
People at front desk were very pleasant but definitely not any sense of Urgency at all the wait is ridiculous waited an hour was never even seen or checked on once in a room.
I love the doctors here. I truly wish urgent care doctors accepted patients. Unfortunately, my daughters primary doctor doesn’t listen. The frustrating part is when urgent care has no choice but to refer you to your child’s doctor and they don’t listen to you.
Speech therapist practices should be considered emotional abuse for autistic children at this place. Withholding a toy to get them to say a word has been proven to cause PTSD in kids. Also OT, they don't focus on sensory diet or anything and only focused on PLAY. Daughter used the gym for sensory needs only once since she been seen. We've been doing telehealth for the past few months and I'm doing all the work and the therapist just talks to me instead of helping me with my daughter. Basically I am doing her job. Looking for new therapist's.
