East of Chicago, Lexington OH

Well we do enjoy their pizza, subs and some breadstix. Although our order was a mess. No sauce on the Chicago pizza, Italian Sub's saturated in dressing, asked for it on the side. Couple blunders, but they took care of us, remade our foods of dispair. Absolutely satisfied with results. We drive and extra 10 minutes for this pizza, the store near us, terrible. So thank you for taking care of your customers.

Awesome place, right downtown Lexington. I'll definitely be ordering from here again. Delivery driver even went back when she forgot the soda, got it, and drove it all the way back out to the house. Small gestures that make all the difference.

Meant to get a small for myself, got a med instead. Ate it all myself. Now you might be wondering if I'm ashamed and the answer is no. No I'm not. The pizza is THAT good. EOC always a favorite.

Took over an hour after pick up time for pizzas to be ready. One would think they would be able to estimate when order is ready for pickup a little closer to actual ready time.

Ordered a pep and mushroom, pizza tasted a little overcooked. But the crust is was makes the pizza anyways.

Food is good and people friendly but they are now charging extra for basic condiments like lettuce tomato and mayo on subs.been eating there for years and never charged.be prepared to pay over $11 for sub if you want any basic condiments

We had the taco pizza. It was good. I was sad to hear the employee say the boss lady yells at the employees for not doing this or that.

This is my favorite pizza place of all time I’ve been going here since I was 13 and every time I come home to visit my family in Ohio I always eat this pizza till this day!

The pizza is fine but it's almost impossible to order by phone. They need to replace their phone because they can never hear me even if I am yelling and super articulating into the phone (and I know it's not my phone because every other call works). At least get online ordering if your phone doesn't work.

Disappointed in the service.ordered a large and medium pizza, was told that they would have it delivered to me “as soon as possible”. After an hour, I called to follow up and was told “your pizza is in route, it should be there in 10-15 mins”. At an hour and 30 mins, we called to cancel because we needed to leave our house, and they said “the pizza just left 5 mins ago” (which I thought it was in route 30 mins ago.). What a mess.
While dealing with all of this, their phone lines kept going in and out with awful static, causing additional frustration.
If I could give zero stars I would. Sticking with Besta Fasta of Mansfield, they are worth the wait and drive.

They forgot the dip for cinnamon dessert. I called back, she offered a new order. We Just didn't have time to wait and pick up, Had to be in Willard. I did go back and get the dip.

I wish I could give zero starts. While at work tonight I ordered a pizza fold over. It got delivered at 8pm and I called right then to tell them the fold over was badly burnt and asked if they could bring me a new one and they could have the burnt one back. The person on the phone was rude and in short told me that they are closed and couldn't make any food because they closed at 8, it had just turned 8. I said ok then may I please get a refund? The rude man said "we don't do refunds" and they would send me a voucher. Here it is over 3 hours later and no one brought a voucher and no refund into my account. I can not leave my job to get food so here I am working all night without food. I was 100% ripped off and hungry.

Son wanted taco pizza and my husband was going to be driving through Lexington in 20 minutes. Called to see if it would be enough time to have it ready and was told that it wouldn’t be a problem! Husband got there, it was ready and the best taco pizza we ever had! Great staff and service! Thank you!

Not very good anymore.bad garlic bread, bad salad, not excited about the pizza I got either. Well go somewhere else next time

East of Chicago has good pizza. I also like their taco salad. As of recently, the Lexington East of Chicago relocated just right up the street at 11 West Main Street in Lexington.

The pizza (when heated up) was great, service wasn’t. There was a mix up in the address, delivery driver said he called but I had no missed call. We got our pizza 2 hours later- cold of course.there was no offer from the restaurant to make it right- no offer to deliver a warm pizza or even an apology. I wouldn’t recommend delivery from this restaurant- unless you like cold pizza.
