East of Chicago & Pub, Uhrichsville OH

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and “CHEESEY BREADSTICKS” along with an order of boneless chicken wings. Delivery #68 on8-31-21. The pizza was undercooked and nearly impossible to hold. The CHEESEY breadsticks turned into just breadsticks. Not the best experience and just maybe our last for a while.

Bad service, awkward sit down environment. I've got some old guy that stares at us while eating whom is employed there. Drinks took over 10min to get. Service sucked

My parents and I went here last night and oh my gosh it was AMAZING! Absolutely love this place! The food was DELICIOUS Will definitely be back here soon!

Stopped in for a few drinks and pizza, fair prices and good atmosphere. The workers deserve a raise.

It would have been better had you stayed at the other location. There's only limited street parking at new location. Since building owner had been wanting a steak restaurant, I'm sure she'll get more demanding as time goes on. We'll have to see on that.

The Pub was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and the food was amazing as always. You should definitely check it out!

I ordered for delivery and they must have been short staffed. They said 45-50 minutes and after an hour and a half and was told my order was still sitting there. I picked it up and my order was cold. I am disappointed. If they'd called I would have picked it up earlier. I spent $32 for a cold meal. We usually love East of Chicago.

Honestly the best pizza in Uhrichsville! I’m glad they have a chill dining room and relaxing place to grab a beer now. The people that work there are really nice and make you feel like you’re a person and not a dollar sign.

I ordered a couple sandwiches and the pops. Was delivered quick & the driver was nice. As for the food, horrible. My sandwich was over cooked & the other was undercooked. The pops were very over cooked and were hard. Not ordering from this place again.

The new restaurant was very nice. The service was great. Very friendly. The food was very good with a variety of different food.

Had a coupon large 2 topping and garlic bread but they said that it was only good for dining in unfortunately the ad says nothing about that just not good for online ordering and we called in not happy maybe time to change pizza

Good food did send us the wrong parmesan pops we got the cinnamon instead of the parmesan but I called it told her what happened she offered to send them out they got mixed up in another order I told her that was not necessary that my daughter was happy with them

Horrible service. Manager was rude and yelling, because they messed my order up! Go somewhere you can get what you want, because this place just gives you what they think you should have. Gave them back the WHOLE wrong order and she refused to fix it or refund my money. You can keep my hard earned money East of Chicago, you obviously need it more than my family!

Worst ever I called and placed a 70 order they never showed up could call because the phone was off the hook had to drive down only to find out they never made it so owner sUd she would make it right with us the next time.so we called to get it took them and hour and a half to deliver tried to call again phone was off the hook again then we only got half our order.

We all love East of Chicago! Crust is excellent and sauce is very good and bread sticks are wonderful.

I ordered a pepperoni stuff crust pizza with pizza dipping sauce and ranch & a 10pc order of chicken. When the food got here, the piazza was only pepperoni & cheese in the stuffed crust and no pepperoni on the actual pizza with no dipping sauce. I called them to inform them it was the wrong pizza and the guy whom I spoke with said he made the pizza and he knew for sure that there was pepperoni under the cheese on the pizza. That's how he said they make it. I told him there was no pepperoni on the pizza and he argued there was. Didn't offer to fix it or a credit for the next time we ordered or anything. Very bad professional service this time around.
