Easterday Pharmacy, Alliance OH

Always kind and courteous to me. I don't have any problems getting my refills. The staff makes me feel very comfortable when waiting for a prescription. I am confused why they are not open on Saturday anymore? That half of a day helped when I work past the regular hours to stop and pick up medication.

Yea we got Easterday back thank you Brian. Wow Easterday is a great pharmacy and landmark.in the Alliance area still on arch. The staff are awesome you dont wait and if you need it delivered by Earl or just a talk to Angel or lena or Jordan just touched my heart. My pills were filled before I called. So come on Alliance Easterday is back. Oh I love the music on the phone.
Best pharmacy in Alliance. Oh if you need something and they can get it.they get it ordered for you. Good prices. To bad rite aid is so rude not just to me to others. Loved this place when it was Easter Day. First experience, boyfriend need a few scrips filled. He dropped them off and went back when they told him they would be ready. Stood around for 30 minutes while he waited for it to be filled. Nobody knew what was going on. Second experience, went out of town and was out of a prescription. The pharmacy where I was, needed Benzer to call and transfer the prescription. The out of town pharmacy called numerous times and left several voicemails in order for this to get this for me. After four days (granted, one was a holiday), there was still no return call. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. No return call. I will be finding a new pharmacy ASAP.

I was weary of this pharmacy due to reviews on here, but my experience has been great. Very friendly and helpful staff with no long wait times so far. The, I assume manager or owner, has gone out of his way to help me with things that he didn’t have to. Definitely recommend, especially with the insane wait times and rude staff I’ve experienced at other local pharmacies.

I will never go there again! It was good till they got rid of the people there that actually knew what they were doing. I called in the early morning asked if my meds were ready they said yes I get there that evening around 6 only to stand there for almost 45 minutes while they "got my meds ready" that they said were done at 10am. So I left and came back about an hour later. Then u had to come back and I was there for almost 15 minutes after that. Only to find out they gave the wrong meds that worsens my condition. Also gave me a medication I didnt even ask for or need. They all just ran back and forth like they were lost. Not a smart move getting rid of all the people that knew what they were doing. Very disappointing. Never again.

Wow I have done a review but I have to do another. This pharmacy is awesome in this hard time these people are working hard not complaining and filling our scripts fast. Lena thank you for helping me you are lovely. Other pharmacies our rude the wait is horrible and rude people. We dont need that. So people Benzer is the best in Alliance. This place (when it was Easterday and had the same staff for years) use to be amazing. They really cared about the community and what they did for people. The lack of care, ambition, communication, and professionalism is EXTREMELY apparent. There has been only one person (the pharmacist) that's giving me any kind of good experience. I've NEVER had so many issues dealing with any one in the healthcare industry. You are dealing with people who really need medications just for them to run around and do nothing. Every single time that I've gone I've called 2 hours prior to coming and still come in and WAIT ANOTHER 2 HOURS for my prescriptions to be filled and barely be acknowledged. I wish I was exaggerating. Not only are they rude on the phone, But as well as in person and it's sad. I've been given incorrect information about medication and medication statuses several times, and I've been given incorrect amounts on the prescriptions And I'm the one calling back and forth between doctors and the pharmacy. It might be just a job for you guys but for some of your customers it's their life.

Normally, I get my prescriptions filled at Rite Aid in Alliance. For an upcoming surgery, I needed a specific pain medication prescription filled, which neither Rite Aid in town carried. I was referred to Benzer Pharmacy in Alliance. They did not carry the specific mg I needed either. They informed me that the written prescription was not a normally-assigned dosage, and that I probably wouldn’t be able to find it anywhere. Instead of saying “Sorry, we don’t have it, ” and sending me on my way, they called my Dr. ’s office and worked with them to adjust the prescription to what was available. THANK YOU BENZER PHARMACY for your kindness and helpfulness today. I will definitely be back, and would love to give you my business!
