EastGate Mall reviews
15This mall has been dying for a long time. The majority of stores are vacant. There's not much left here. I did hear that someone purchased the mall and has plans to turn things around. I'm very excited to hear this. I wish I could find more details. So keep an eye out for developments on renewing this mall. I also heard that Kroger bought the old Sears store. Definitely hoping for New Life here.
We shopped at Dillard's, which is an anchor store to the Eastgate Mall. I understand the mall has been going through some financial difficulties, but that doesn't excuse how dirty that store was. The carpet was down right nasty. These pictures are of the men's changing area.
Shame this mall is so empty. It looks like it's Deserted. Don't understand why it's so hard to get more stores in there? Maybe lower your rent. Or close for good
Not many stores yet has just enough to where it's not super busy all the time and not losing much because you had to go to the mall! It reminds me of what I'm all used to be back in the day! Of course there are ups and downs to that aspect of it so I love it and it needs a lot of work.
I love visiting the food court! It is lively and has great options that can only be found in a mall food court.
I miss having a variety of stores in one location and being able to physically see products and try on clothing! Even though there are not as many stores these days, I really appreciate having a mall available in my area!
I went there to go to Lens Crafters. It is sad to see a place that yrs ago was so packed it was hard to walk around. No problem now.
Visited Bath & Body Works and Kohl's was a great experience staff was friendly and got everything I needed
Fantastic place lots of great stores, Kroger, $ Tree, J. C. Penny, etc. Clean reasonable prices. Cheaper gas also.
Shopping experience is okay not many stores left available but still able to find something for everyone in the family friendly
The only store we go to there is JC Penny and I love going there for anything, that's why I give it 5 stars, but those are for that store because there is nothing else there to shop in for me.
I enjoyed Eastgate. I've been with friends a couple times now and there's a shop called Time Warp Games that we really enjoy.
There's a handful of stores left to visit. It's a great place for mall walking for those who need flat surfaces and the indoors. The Lenscrafters inside has great service. Hopefully, this property will be redeveloped into something that will be more utilized by the surrounding community, soon.
Great place food court menswear beer store liquor store kitchen stuff ladies were in menswear one stop shop no need to go anywhere else. Want to snack snack bars, food courts the list goes on.
Not impressed with their credit card rates. Going up so I will not be using that online. Customer service horrible very unprofessional not very nice either you’re better off going to the store don’t bother ordering online and if it goes to the wrong place when it’s delivered they don’t care they won’t do anything about it so you’re screwed to me It just seems like the quality of everything there from the towels to the clothes are very cheap materials either wear out fast or tear or fade out. This is definitely not a Macy’s or Saks by far.
Too many empty spots, dying food court but good video game, collector store and video game center.
