That place would not give information about my mother giving her medication that they don't know how it effects her don't check her vitals she is in bad condition I am filling law suit against them I would not take a dead dog there the neglect the paitent ther

I have been doing rehab here for awhile and I am so happy with my progress. The people here are so pleasant.
When I arrived here it was to get me stong enough to go home but after being here I want to stay here. The exercise, the activities, and the staff have made this my home away from home.

Great staff. Everyone here treated me like family. I have been in several other facilities and this is by far the best care I have ever received.

Everything was wonderful here. The nurses, aides, therapy were all just great! I was treated like family and I so thankful to have met you all.

My mom was found unresponsive one morning and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital from this facility. At the hospital, I was told she had been given oral glucose while unconscious and that it could have caused her to aspirate and possibly die. This is an example of blatant medical negligence which indicates that staffing is at best inadequate and at worst completely incompetent. I can not recommend this facility for that reason alone, although I did find the therapists to be skilled and knowledgeable. My mom has not had an episode of unresponsiveness prior to or following this incident, which you can draw your own conclusions from.

Everyone here is great. Couldn't ask for better care. When I ask for assistance I get it right away. The staff has very good manor.

This facility has the best aides and nurses. They all are very helpful. They have great food. Therapy does wonders.

I just want to let everyone know that the staff is very kind, caring and hard workers. This is very hard to find but Eastgatesprings has it.

I don’t know where to begin! This place is AMAZING! They’ve taken care of my grandfather over the past few months and they’ve helped him to begin walking again. The nurses and general staff are always attentive to his needs and are always smiling. They make you and their residents feel welcome. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs long term or short term care.

I have been a resident at Eastgatespring since October of 2017. I am very satisfied with the services and I would highly recommend the facility to anyone. All of the staff treats me like family. When I first admitted, I wasn't able to care for myself and the staff has always been here to help me when I need it. Therapy has been great and are helping me reach my goals so that one day I can return back home.
